Kitbashing is my favorite part of the hobby I’d be pleased to see more of this.
Same! It's just a load of fun and have made some of my fabourite things in this part of the hobby! & thanks; will do!
Same...🙏
orks being shrooms makes EVEN more sense if they're nurgle orks.
Two of the greatest Fractions come to one. That's very great and awesome.👍👍👍
Thanks! Was fun to make!
Kitbashing is the best
It really is!
This was incredible. Please do more Kitbashing!
Thanks Dan! Really wanna!
I really love the head you chose/built for this guy
Thanks! It really does make the model feel gruesome
I love kitbashes, though not a huge fan of 40k. Still, loved watchin the process!
Ah thanks! Tbh 40k is the game I get involved with less. Mainly Necromunda and Fantasy.
MORE GRANDFATHER NURGLE!!!
The Nurgle aesthetic is so cool it can even make Orks look good and almost interesting, amazing...
It's a lot of fun to play with! Thanks!
i dont know if you haver investigated much, but a really Thin Razor Saw does wonders for cutting models up, its usually less sketchy than a razor on anything thick or that could slip
Its a great shout. Need to get a proper Dremel and pin vice also. As currently use an electric drill I have that is not comfortable. Not very controlled! 😅
A new sharp blade goes a long way for both safety and making your cuts cleaner
100%! As I find out to my detriment in my latest kitbash!
I love kitbashing but am amazed that this is not as recognised as it should be
i made one a week ago with the nurgle head from the demon prince... its so fun
Was the best fun! Never done nurgle before and its just so great for going for it with the Green Stuff and being grungy!
Cool
Thanks!
i love kitbashing actually built a lictor from scratch using a tyrnnid warrior buody gene stealer ygmal head and the claw from a tervigon
Sounds awesome!
I've been wanting to convert some Nurgle-corrupted Drukhari for some time and this is kinda giving me some motivation to do so
Oh 100% do it! If you do head to our discord to share it!
@@Fueledchaos Mind if I get a link to it?
Also if I may also ask, what are some would kits/sets (either from GW or some other brand) could work well for converting some Nurgle aligned Dark Eldar?
Of course! discord.gg/TPaTeF7S & I would say the scourgers are great just cause of the wings! Then as drukhari are smaller I may say poxwalkers, but worth checking
@@Fueledchaos I would assume any sort of zombie models (either the older Warhammer Fantasy Zombie set or the more recent Deadwalker zombies) could also work great since I would assume they have a similar build to that of standard Drukhari models such as Kabalites and Wyches, and it also helps that those zombie models in particular do have some aspects of Nurgle with them looking decayed and gaunt.
Also I can definitely imagine a nurgle corrupted version of a Scourge would have disgusting bug-like features like fly wings and organic, rotting chitin. Basically like a mix between a regular Drukhari Scourge and Cronenberg's The Fly
@@ChaseDaOrk3767 yes! Kroenenburg Flies is so how to do them! Also great shout on the old skool zombies as should be scaleable. Look forward to seeing what you come up with
What are those tools you use to sculpt the green stuff?
They're the Ammo Painter Rubber Brush set.
How about Kroot Khorne Kitbash?
Ooo I like that idea!
I Freaking love Kitbashing, as a matter of a fact, I think It's a Damn sin to not at least ad some gear, change a head and shit like that, AT LEAST, So, cool that I bombed into this video, I'm totally subscribing, and thanks for the content, in advance ✊🏻😎❤and Greetings from 🇫🇮 my dude❤
Totally agree! It’s my fave part of the hobby also. And thanks for the sub!
17 minutes of wincing while Hamilton plays with knives! 😅
Haha! Thats totally fair! Especially withbhow many times I dropped things!
It's looking great - but what about the hoses and cables?
Tbh they were on the list and I should have done more. But got to send it off for the swap and decided that it was in a pretty good place. Next time though I'll do one just for the fun and so no deadline for sending off!
