That's a great video Matt! I had the oven board fry on me about a month ago and then the cooktop went tonight. The video was a great help for getting to the circuit board. Also, thanks for the shoutout to the ebay repair. The price for the new part is significant so repair is definitely the way to go. For anyone reading the comments, I've heard that not using the PB function for the cooktop and avoiding the self-clean cycle for the oven can extend the life of these boards.
Love the video Matt. I'm addressing the same error code and your video is very good to follow. The Phillips bit being the star and the Robertson bit for the square.
Thanks so much for making this video! I had the same damage to my Noise Filter Control Board and this video walked me through exactly what I had to do to replace it. I don't think I could have fixed this issue without your help.
Me too after just having replaced the UIB. Ebay repair gentleman in Ontario Canada is helping me with initial diagnostics (for very reasonable fee), and I need to get at all those boards to send detziled pictures.
This video was almost perfect! I did the whole take-down and reassembly. My problem however did not (I discovered) require the total operation. My E 15 error code was resolved when I changed the uib board under the plastic front panel.
@@CarmenLopez-xo9gn sorry for the jargon I picked up while learning about my stove. The uib is the user interface board and is correctly called the esec-uib. It is located under the plastic cover which is under the glass control panel. The board is directly under the burner controls. The board is very simply unplugged from the wires and is physically held in place by 4 screws. This operation is well demonstrated in a you tube video by Hameed under the title E 15 error code.
@@CarmenLopez-xo9gn subsequent to my first reply the video is by Hameed Wafa. The part on my induction Electrolux stove that I changed was #316576452. If yours is the same that #will be printed on the board at the top and on a white sticker on the board face somewhere.
Matt, very helpfull to diy repair. You located the problem on board. May be you know it, this part is a fuse. Insthead of changing the complet board, only that fuse was necessory ( and 3$CA.
Very common the power output transistors and the rectifiers go bad when that fuse is blown. Most of the time, changing the power devices and rectifiers on the heat sinks and the fuse will fix it. But, not guaranteed. That main board assembly is very expensive!

Hello Matt, I wanted to you ask you few questions and I'll appreciate it a lot if you can help me, my little son was playing in the kitchen and then put his car in the oven and when he closed the door the car was stock and broken the glass of the door , since then the oven is not working and is showing f102 error , we have replaced an original glass but still showing the same error, even we sent it to multiple technical service nobody could fix even Electrolux technicians , do you have any ideas that be helpful !? The last technician said that there is a missing cable that should contact between the door and the motherboard but we didn't remove any cable before , if you can give me any tips i will be thankful 🙏🏻
great video, thanks. Wondering if you have come across a problem with one element supplying low heat aprox 300 Celsius max compare to other elements supplying aprox 550 Celsius? I have one doing just that and have no error code. even the power boost is low compare to the others. could it just be a bad element or maybe more in depth?
hello, thank you for posting this. I have a different problem. one of my burners stays on constantly. I can turn it off. I have to turn the breaker off. Any ideas ?
Me too! Did you ever figure out the problem? Mine is the front right dual element. The outer ring stays on and won't turn off. Whats weird now is if you select ON the inner element does not come on and outer is always on. If you select both elements the inner one will then come on. Where do we start with this??
Well today our Electrolux Induction Upper Oven wouldn't preheat. I tried everything. Unplugged the Oven. Same issue. Read the numerous Troubleshooting problems. No information on this specific problem. Any suggestions? I will call Electrolux Canada on Monday. Frustrating. These Ovens aren't cheap to buy or repair. Great video though. Thanks.
Can somebody tell me where I can find the model number on this oven? I bought one used just like this one about a year ago and I can't find the model number anywhere. Thanks in advance.
@@mattloflin8548 Thanks. I was afraid you might say that. I forgot to mention that I did that already. Amazingly, it's been rubbed off somehow. Almost nothing on it is legible. I was hoping that was not where the model number was located but thanks anyway.
