I freaking LOVE Ronnie Radke & Falling In Reverse & I've watched SO MANY reaction videos to this song since it came out (I love watching reactions to ALL of FIR's songs ❤) but this is the 1st 1 I've seen where someone included both versions & you did a PERFECT job here! Back when the original came out (not 100% on this but I'm pretty sure it came out in 2001), it was (& still is) an incredible song in it's own right, it has meant so much to so many people since it came out & it ABSOLUTELY IS 1 of the most iconic rock songs of all time. For me, it's always been 1 of those songs that no one should cover or change. But, Ronnie Radke obviously totally changed my mind on that & I'm certain that he & FIR are the ONLY ones who are qualified & worthy enough to "reimagine" this song! They're actually WAY MORE than just qualified to do this, for realz! Anything Ronnie puts his hands on, especially musically, turns to the most precious gold ever! He literally IS a damn musical genius! I'm positive that the ONLY reason he has so many haters is because he is SO DAMN TALENTED & too many folks are just so full of themselves & therefore, are simply just freaking jealous & they can't stand for anyone to be so great @ anything. It's really sad & honestly, pretty damn pathetic, in my opinion. It's so petty, very unbecoming & unattractive, personality wise, of a person to be that way. But, I guess haters gonna hate. I feel bad for them because they're missing out on such incredible things, awesome experiences & great joy & happiness! This song was an amazing reimagining! I haven’t been able to stop listening to it since it came out! The video was a direct continuation to Watch the World Burn… My interpretation is that Ronnie was the only person left after lighting the world on fire, and the grey city was the wasteland in the aftermath! This song and the lyrics were about reflecting on what he had done and how he handled everything… he wasn’t/isn’t alright, and he put the world back together after realizing he was wrong… his last resort was to set the world on fire, and he regretted it, so he put it back… that is why the final imagery was the exact opposite of WTWB… and some have said that the world was “Falling in Reverse” when it was being put back together. Great reaction!!
I absolutely agree with you on the interpretation of the video as a continuation of Watch the World Burn. It's almost like the buildings are ash from the burning of the world. Then he is feeling all the emotions of truly being alone with the thoughts of all that he has done. In those emotions, he begins to tear the rest of it all down and then maybe begins to feel hope and remorse and builds it back up. But, this is one of the most beautiful recreations of an absolutely iconic song that I have ever heard. It is so much better than the original imo...and the original was already an awesome song!!

Another idea i saw floating around the visuals is a double meaning. One side its how it feels being that low whete suicide is a thought lingering in you, it feels the world is crumbling all around you. 2nd is that he is reversing the devastation he created at the end of Watch the World Burn hence why everytbing is monochrome and bleak from being flash burned. Also saw a comment saying this Papa roaches version was for the angry teens we were and Ronnies FIR is for the broken adults we became trying to navigate the social based world we live in today.
