I can probably help with the back pain. Lesson one when it comes to back pain, 99% of the time we do it to ourselves, without even knowing it. First thing she’s gotta do is find out what she is doing in her day to day that would cause back injuries like that… An example of something you don’t do is stand up with your feet flat on the ground and bend over and try and touch your toes like you talked about. That would be a real good example of squashing out your disks.
Got a spa myself couple months ago. Only issue was the crew that installed the pad. Took it on themself to explore my 40 acre property while they waited for it to dry. Not that big of issue. But they also decided to dump the left over crete back my path at the base of a bunch of trees, that pissed me off.
Your wife has the right state of mind and positive attitude to deal with this 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ve been a chippy my whole life and managed slip 5 discs over the years and ruptured a disc this time last year which gave me drop foot and other embarrassing issues. After talking with the spinal neurosurgeon I passed of the surgery option and decided concentrate on building my core muscles with exercises I was capable of, stretching and slowly working in kickboxing which use to do in my 20’s. Long story short, 14 months later I’m 100% back walking and working again, plus avoiding any spinal surgery and colostomy bag. Swimming is a awesome way to help and it’s going to be a slow, painful process for your wife but she’s got this!!!!
Stan go but diesel brothers used crane. I will be the rigger. 16 year jorneyman rigger, high steel rope access and rescue texh plus i know how to work on stuff. Know how to plow, weld all the stuff.just need someone awesome to take a plung on me and let me work for a season. i know plumbing and just rough carpenter stuff. Taken down 175ft tree no problem. Lost all my gear when my car got stolen. Give me a chance. Id come up from Detroit pay me 25 a hour, give me a spot to tryout and live for a summer id have no problem starting at 20 a hr i know brick work but been out the game for awhile.
Being born with a biracial plexus injury I can attest to the importance of always keeping moving. The days that you really don't want to do anything is the most important day to make sure you get up put those thoughts aside and get moving doing anything. Stan I hope your wife finds that all important balance. She can kick those body aches to the curb with the correct balance. Thanks for another great video.
