Seriously cool Mk1 Lotus Cortina

Hello everyone,
Welcome back to the channel and back to another video.
This Mk1 Lotus Cortina came to us having had all the metal work taken care of so our task was to finish off the panel fit and gaps, then to fill all the low areas, high build prime, prep and paint then final colour sand.
The finished result is awesome and one very happy customer and often received plenty of compliments on its fit and finish at car clubs, sadly it now resides it the USA so we haven’t got to see the car since we finished it.
Who knows, maybe the new owner may end up seeing this video ? :):)

Superb paint job and finish. I only had the 1966 2 door GT but it was cool as well.

I almost got a mk2 Lotus Cortina but i ended up getting a mk2 1600e Cortina.But I would love to have a MK1 Lotus Cortina one of my dream cars👌

It’s called Citroen Green and is an ICI only formula - code is 3386 if my memory serves me correctly.
