That’s the beauty of using a custom builder, especially with a keen eye like yours you can design whatever you can think of. I see things in homes often that I would have done differently. I appreciate you watching and contributing.

That is figuring the home cost plus closing costs. Why don't Mr Cannon get a short term mortgage if he wants to cash out a new home? I use to do that many years ago when I was in real estate.
