    What a mish mash of finishes. Guess he did the inside corner slider to hide the fact that the hallway was 20' long. His master bath was a joke compared to hers.

      That’s the beauty of using a custom builder, especially with a keen eye like yours you can design whatever you can think of. I see things in homes often that I would have done differently. I appreciate you watching and contributing.

      The leaseback price is 4.895M (furnished) for 18 months and (6) one month extensions all at $21,500 per month

      @@ThisWeekinVeniceFlorida That is barely over a 5% return on investment not to mention any other costs to the owner, which would lower the return even more. That is figuring the home cost plus closing costs. Why don't Mr Cannon get a short term mortgage if he wants to cash out a new home? I use to do that many years ago when I was in real estate. Hum, another thought. Taxes and insurance. Wow Not a good deal. Sorry.
