I use to engineer denim plants in Canada, the level of equipment is night and day. Some many of the process we have are automated such as the pocket hemmers and pocket setters. Here they do it manually. They even spread by hand, we use to drop a 1,000 lbs roll of denim on a spreading machine, they pull by hand. The spray booths, none of the workers wear mask, they are breathing in paint, great way to develop lung issues. Scary...this is truly a sweat shop.
