Thanks, I need it hahaha...they already commented on the exhaust. We'll see what the measurements will say. Not anymore though...with the next project we're living the American dream!!
Been with you on the whole journey. You have grown grasshopper and I am both proud and amazed at your tenacity and ability to acquire new skills. Great Job my friend!
I'd say a Harley from your "pen" promises to be exciting... 😎 But for now, I'm looking forward to the next BMW episodes. Respect for seeing it through to the end. Wow, what a great achievement my friend!
Hi Michael, so cool to have you along for the whole journey. Thank you for your continuous support! A Harley could definitely be wild...especially in the States. Will do some soul searching over the holidays to find the right next project.
Mal schauen, was sich ergibt.
Hahaha you might still have to fear...the first thing the TÜV guy commented on was the exhaust when we unloaded the bike. He said the Italians might have just slapped on a random e-number. He will measure the sound but he wasn't very confident. ohoh... would be a shame but I'll have to wait and see. What do you ride that makes you fear the German cops? I mean...almost anything would make me fear our regulations but I'm still curious what you ride.
Congratulations Josh. Hard work has defo payed off for you, can’t wait to see the results. Next project: I’d like to see you do an old Honda (I’m a fan of them don ha know😜). Look forward to anything you undertake, tho. Good luck fella and have a great Xmas/New Year. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤓
Danke dir! Ja Starrrahmen ist schon was geiles!
@ I know this hurts me too but honestly everyone is just doing the CB’s . its a chance for you to do something different. such as Royal enfield inspector 650 . or a Harley Davidson sportster to a cafe racer build. something unique
Just a clean build with electronic ignition and instead of the M unit, perhaps a B box from Axel Joost. This is a good alternative if you just want to replace your wiring, without all the further gadgets. But because you are not in Germany, you will probably go all out😂
Hi Erik, Thanks for the input! I definitely want to use Axel Joost‘s products at some point. I only learned about them after buying the munit but the seem like a good alternative. Definitely want to build something I wouldn’t be allowed to ride in Germany 😅
Guess I'm lucky living in the Netherlands and can use it because we do not have TuV for bikes. In fact, I'm starting next week with the full replacement of the wiring of my Guzzi V65 custom and will use the B box in combination with the RFID.
I agree. Could probably build something very cool over there. The BMW will stay in Germany with my brother in law. But, I'll need to take it for a good spin when I'm back in summer. The TÜV a while anyways. They said they'll check it in the spring. They just wanted to keep it in their show-room until then :D
@ it would have to have a 4:1 exhaust (because they just sound ‘right’) and be in resto-mod style. Retain spoked wheels but wider rims / tyres and modern brakes. Original paint. Original looking instruments but with LCD readouts. Modern handlebar switches with wiring hidden in the bars (like your R80) Something that at first glance looked original but on closer inspection was bang up to date. Writing this down, you’re making me want to go and buy one but I haven’t finished my R80 yet 😉
Exciting! Good luck on the inspection!
Build a proper Harley freedom machine! 🤘

Thank you so much! I appreciate your company on this journey, my friend. Can't wait to show you the finished bike.
I'd say a Harley from your "pen" promises to be exciting... 😎

CB750, a proper restore and build👌🏼
Thanks mate! Anything in particular that you'd like to see on such a build?
@ carb setup, engine rebuild, just as detailed as you are👌🏼
Thanks for the feedback 🙌
Excited to see it completed!
I'd vote for the cb750 as if I do another build it'll be a Honda cb550 I'm pretty sure 😊
What would your ideal CB550 look like?
@MotoWrenchers would love a flat tracker style
If those exhausts get approved I no longer fear driving from Denmark through Germany 😂🔥
Hahaha you might still have to fear...the first thing the TÜV guy commented on was the exhaust when we unloaded the bike. He said the Italians might have just slapped on a random e-number. yes!! I vote Harley...!
Would definitely be the true US experience 😍 Also, you have enough Hondas in your own garage hahah 😅
Defently a 750. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Thanks mate! What would you like to see on a CB750 build?
@@MotoWrenchers I want to see your talent going crazy on a 750👍🏻 and building a caferacer from it. And I am a Honda fan.😁
I am looking forward to the remainder of the series. Go for the CB750.
Thanks my friend! What would you like to see on a CB750 build? Anything you're especially interested in?
In US würd ich so nen richtig geilen Chopper mit geschweißtem rahmen mega feiern! mit deiner Qualität an umbau.. da kucken die Amis alle blöd haha

CB750 FTW
Thanks mate! What would your dream CB look like?
@ classic style tires . clip on bars . sliver color tank . chrome shocks, wheels
Yeah, chrome/silver bikes look so good. Polished aluminium tank would also be amazing 😍
@ I know this hurts me too but honestly everyone is just doing the CB’s . its a chance for you to do something different. such as Royal enfield inspector 650 . or a Harley Davidson sportster to a cafe racer build. something unique
CB or similar. No doubt
Thanks mate! What would you like to see on a build?

Are you taking the BMW with you to the States?

The TÜV a while anyways. They said they'll check it in the spring. They just wanted to keep it in their show-room until then :D
I’d like to see what you do with a SOHC CB750 😉
Hi Peter, what would your dream CB750 look like?
@ it would have to have a 4:1 exhaust (because they just sound ‘right’) and be in resto-mod style. Retain spoked wheels but wider rims / tyres and modern brakes. Original paint. A other cb750 build of course , youtube is full of them ! yamaha or suzuki build as good of bikes or even better.
So you'd say not another CB750? 😂 Do you have a specific model you'd suggest?
Go for 750
Thanks Lukas, I appreciate it. What would you like to see on a CB build?
@MotoWrenchers I love cb750 and I'm looking for to buy one. I'm interested to see how difficult she would be to convert to cafe racer
Motto Guzzi
