nat is the next mr.miyagi i literally never thought about this like imagine that ur dad doesn't do the stereotypical things that dads do but instead he's a goddamn karate king😳
Thank you for all your tutorials on the front kick because mine has improved since watching them and sharpening my technique- it has improved so much that one of the people I train karate with complimented my speed! Keep training everyone!
Everything from the hips! When you first start it feels impossible but eventually you understand it and get to a point where you can feel the power in every strike
Wow,great tip man. I had this problem with chambering the knee to high because I didn't want to kick them in the groin. I will change my ways, thank you
Oh snap good advice I was bending my knee way too high for the teap I thought you would generate more power but I've noticed I would end up knocking myself off balance and pushing myself backwards
Try swinging the leg forward , with a slight bend and then thrust the hip forward and straighten the leg just before impact and hit with the heel. This is a wing chun front kick and I find this to be the fastest and most powerful front kick I have.
It may be that my style teaches otherwise, but I'm supposed to extend my knee on the supporting leg when I contact to get extra power behind my push/front kick
Hmm it depends tho man because the higher chamber the less space you need, if its a pushing kick I dont see why not chamber high. There is a Muay Thai fighter that i forgot the name of that chambers high for this reason it allows him to use the front kick as a push kick in more ranges.
And the tip of mine. Front snap kick is dangerous especially for the fighter who throwing it. Be careful with your toes. It will take 3-4 month to heal your toes if your kick wasn't delivered properly.
Yo can i ask a question is it normal if ur feet don’t go exactly straight to your shin in kicks like roundhouse where we connect with the shin? cuz i think i might have shin flexibility problem or something
It is a great tip, however if you thrust your hip forward and lean your upper body back, you decrease the opponents chance at hitting you, while also keeping the power, not as much as you would with the tip you gave, but still more than chambering your knee too high.
I like to use the high chamber to push kick the opponent, put you use the heel to kick, not the ball of the feet, Idk if this is an actual kick, but I do it sometimes
These are great but put some more specifics. The way you do it, someone; will get better but it’s more piece mail. They’ll get a good kick eventually but only if they search every video you made on that kick.
I need two martial arts that are good and can be learned solo (basics) not kárate, taekwondo, boxing(or kick boxing) or mauy Thai have u got any knowledge or any

Everything from the hips! When you first start it feels impossible but eventually you understand it and get to a point where you can feel the power in every strike
Damn... Thanks for the tip. I'm a blue belt in taekwondo and didn't know this🤝

IMAGINE YOU ARE WALKING ON THE STREET AND 3 BOYS COME AND SAY GIVE US YOUR PHONE🔥🔥🔥🔥
You can also open your hips by pivoting your support foot to 90° to the target which gives you more reach and power.

Favorite sparta kick
Thanks, you’ve just fixed my front kick.
That feels so much better now lmfao
Snappy, quick and strong a perfect kick
Give a tips for non use leg side( for left leg as a right person)
It may be that my style teaches otherwise, but I'm supposed to extend my knee on the supporting leg when I contact to get extra power behind my push/front kick
Fair enough💪
@@nathearn nah I'm not trying to argue, I'm just nerding ou about how different yet similar the technique is, I love martial arts 😭
I haven't used the front teep as much from about 3 months back. (Trying to work more on counters)
Keep training... I will, thanks coach! 💪
You can also chamber the leg before lifting the knee to cut out the telegraph
lovely kick advice, jet again. keep it up
Appreciate it👊
クールなスナップフロントキック 😎💪
Nat 👍👍
Gosh I just tried my front kick with no warm up AND HOT DAMN THE DIFFERENCE IS MOND BLOWING 🤯
THE AMOUNT OF POWER I GOT INTO MY KICK- INSANEEE
Bro ive been practicing kicks while bringing my knee to my chest cuz i thought thats how you get height into your kicks.
Hey! Quick question, what style of karate do you do? I , myself do shotokan
Hmm it depends tho man because the higher chamber the less space you need, if its a pushing kick I dont see why not chamber high. There is a Muay Thai fighter that i forgot the name of that chambers high for this reason it allows him to use the front kick as a push kick in more ranges.

Yes have to pull the toes back👍
Thanks. Grandmas not safe now

Are there exercises to teep without getting hip pain?
My studio calls those thrust kicks
Hey Nat
If someone don't have kicking*pucnhing bag so what we use for our kick practice 👊👊
Targeting chin would require higher knee position
How do you prevent hitting your toes on the front kick
Nice
🤝🤝
Remember to curll your toes back otherwise thy break try to hit then with
Cushions of your foot meaning
Parts wear toes connects to your foot😊
It is a great tip, however if you thrust your hip forward and lean your upper body back, you decrease the opponents chance at hitting you, while also keeping the power, not as much as you would with the tip you gave, but still more than chambering your knee too high.
Golden tips

What a Great Susuku feet
Merci thanks
Great tip for power, thank you 👌 except for sparring "fakes" yeah? Chamber high to kick lower to confuse your opponent?
How to block front kick
Must be nice bein tall for your kicks
Can still be short with effective kicks👍
❤
but... it helps u kick higher if you lean back instead of curl in
Ohhhhh
Is there a difference between a front snap kick and teep?
Yes, a teep is more of a push, a snap kick is a quick impact strike
Please watch Jonathan Haggerty's front kick
I’ve seen it, his is a teep which is a different style of kick, but still very effective👍used for a different purpose
SPARDA!!
you are not vergil.
Do you put your knee higher if you want to kick the head
Yes, i mean otherwise u would have to break ur knee lol
Yes👍
