I can imagine Joe being a street fighter character. His win quote would be,

Joe is actually an insane fighter. Dude was a TQD champion for years.
That technique is so beautiful to watch. I'm replaying it in half speed just to see the transition from the step to the kick. He says he spins first and then raises his knee, but he actually does it seemlessly during the turn, which makes it faster and more powerful.
