- We spent 150 man hours doing our Signature Detailing on this Porsche 911. Full paint restoration, interior detail, leather repair etc. Now it looks like it should. Enjoy !

Porsche 911 964 30th Anniversary to model wyprodukowany w 1993 roku z okazji jubileuszu 911, bazujący na modelu #Carrera 4 z szerokim body Turbo-look oraz wolnossącym silnikiem 3.6 litra o mocy 250 koni mechanicznych oraz napędem 4x4 . Wyprodukowano tylko 911 egzemplarzy w kolorach Viola, Polar Silver oraz Amethyst. Porsche któremu poświęciliśmy ponad 150 godzin pracy to numer 223 z 911 egzemplarzy.
Proces renowacji #Porsche zaczęliśmy od wieloetapowego mycia nadwozia oraz dekontaminacji. Kolejnym etapem był demontaż kół, usunięcie z nich osadów metalicznych, pozostałości po starych odważnikach, polerowanie, a finalnie zabezpieczenie powłoką ceramiczną. Podobną pracę wykonaliśmy na nadkolach, elementach zawieszenia oraz zaciskach. Następnie zajęliśmy się powłoką lakierniczą, która była w bardzo w złym stanie. Lata zaniedbań, niewłaściwe mycie i brak bieżącej pielęgnacji odcisnęły piętno na naszym egzemplarzu. Wykonaliśmy wieloetapową korektę lakieru, miejscami zaczynając od matowienia niektórych elementów techniką wet sanding. Po kilkunastu godzinach polerowania, uzyskaliśmy wolny od defektów lakier, który został zabezpieczony woskiem #ZymolGlasur. Elementy plastikowe oraz gumowe zostały pokryte powłokami ochronnymi . Szyby również zostały pokryte kilkoma warstwami powłoki ceramicznej.
Na koniec zajęliśmy się również wnętrzem 911. Wieloletni brak czyszczenia oraz właściwej impregnacji skóry, doprowadził do jej stwardnienia oraz powstania wielu przetarć oraz rys. Jako profesjonalni serwisanci #Colourlock, przeprowadziliśmy pełną renowację elementów skórzanych. Wszelkie ubytki w tapicerce zostały uzupełnione, całość została polakierowana systemem profesjonalnym Colourlock. Zwieńczeniem pracy była aplikacja wosku, który zabezpieczył skórę, zmiękczył ją oraz nadał jej lekki połysk, który można było zobaczyć w latach 90 w tym modelu. Pozostałe elementy wnętrza zostały dogłębnie oczyszczone i zaimpregnowane. Wiele elementów wymagało aplikacji powłok o działaniu barwiącym wypłowiały, biały plastik.
Porsche po kilku tygodniach pracy otrzymało drugie życie. Reakcja właściciela wynagrodziła nam trud pracy, a wygląd samochodu w naszym #ShowRoom zaraz przed wyjazdem, zostanie na długo w naszej pamięci.

Using 3 rags 1st damp, 2nd stage stage wipe and 3 stage streak free... all before the Monroe dries pain in the ass

And that Amethyst perleffekt is to die for! Shame owner didn't opt for some sort of ceramic coat after all that work, but I guess he is keeping it oldschool and period correct.

Dopiero teraz w rekomendacji zawitał film. Pierwsza klasa, naprawde nie odstaje od zachodnich produkcji. Jedynie do czego mogę się przyczepić to troszkę mało ujęć z polerki, zawsze najwięcej uwagi zostaje temu poświęcone w tego typu materiałach.

@@awle Those are polish guys, labor is much less than in USA but still if you compare how much you earn in Poland its was not a cheap work. I think in zlotys mabye 12000 till 15000 PLN, hard to say, still a much of money :-)

What a transformation the car looks beautiful and the color gorgeous. Unfortunately I can’t read the whole description is not in English I was just curious the products that we used. What impressed me the most was I think Carnauba wax was used and not the usual sealant for ceramic coating I am still a big believer and I am old school and to me there is nothing better than a good old carnauba wax in the form of a paste. Great job and video.

In the trade a long time, nothing that helps a future repair ever helps a panel beater.. But in saying that... An absolute fabulous job...
