Hey Chad, sorry to hear about your stepmom's passing. 🙏Prayers for you and your family on the loss of your stepmom. 🙏Prayers for. You, your dad, and, your stepsisters in this ttime of grief. On a happier note, love the new blade, you got for your everyday carrier, it is a beauty. I would love to order one for my collection. Man, im so sorry to hear about your step mother's passing, ill be praying for you and your family!.
Thats a great looking EDC fixed blade. I think youll like the NitroV steel. It performs great, and resists corrosion pretty well. I need to build up my EDC fixed blade collection, so ill have to follow them here on TH-cam. If you havent yet, id highly recommend getting a knife in K390 ( spyderco has some reasonably priced folders in K390), its not stainless so keep that in mind, but the performance is amazing.
The concrete pad looks great, cant wait to see the shop finished, and the pipes you're going to make in said shop!.
Glad to see your hummingbirds making an appearance.

@Griffin_pipes very cool. Spyderco is one of my favorites, they're constantly putting out new steels in good knife models, at reasonable prices, and they make sure the heat treatment is done correctly for each steel type. It makes my inner knife nerd happy, lol

Sorry for your loss. Nice blade and thats quite the shop area your going to have. Ive got to.pour some concrete at my house soon... man, thats stuff has went out of sight!!! I remember getting 3500 with fiber for $100/yd. Where did those days go?!!
