Right, TagBackTV there are 3 major things you missed! 1. If you head upstairs the first time with the woman freshening up and open up the cabinet containing the skeleton, she'll say "Oh you met momma.." 2. If you declined the drink the first time and head back a 2nd time (you did that) you can head directly right from where the woman is cooking and see fattycakes writing in a journal about their abusive parents and how the two killed them 3. After you go back to the farm the 3rd time after escaping from the graveyard pit, you can hogtie and kidnap the woman and dump her at the pit for some very interesting dialogue. Hope you make a 2nd video exploring these! Love your videos man, keep up the great work!
im about minute in to the video, i found these guys out randomly even without hint, when i was going around killing people in their homes and robbing them. i wanted to shoot them but decided to hell with it, and walked in for the dinner. i did not know there is skeleton inside one of the cabinet, even im sure i opened everything, i just did not see it. but i did hogtie the woman and carry her to the pit for the sake of it since they dumped me in it. also, since hes stating at the start that you can get into the section of house that is locked, i have to get back there and do it.
When he's writing in the journal it sounds like the parents knew about their incest. And punished them for it (The abuse) and they killed their parents to live their crazy lifestyle.
Out of all the TH-camrs that play this game you are by far the best! I love your reactions to the events in game and how you narrate what’s happening. Keep it up!
Just have to say, I'm kind of an old guy, been playing video games since the original Atari. Have played all of the games in the Red Dead series, up until this game my all time favorite game was RDR and I have been waiting 8 long years for this game. When I'm not working or actually playing the game I'm either trying to be a pretty decent husband and a damn good father and all of my other free time I spend checking out RDR2 vids and I just wanted to comment and tell you that your videos and commentary are at the top of my list. There's some really good TH-camrs out there covering RDR2 and then there's definitely some shabby ones but just wanted to give you a shout out and let you know you are doing an excellent job. Really appreciate it, from an old man and a gamer that has been around since before Pong. LOL Have a good one. Maybe once RDR2 goes online and hits multiplayer we can play together. I'm not even sure what platform you are playing on but I have PS4. Laters and keep up the awesome videos my man.
I played this part a few times! Crazy, weird, wrong, etc! You don't have to wait a day to go back to enter the back door! Literally and oddly enough as soon as the fat guy says let me go get the bottle you can walk around back and its unlocked! For immersion and full effect you let em drink til cutscene! Then you can go in and get revenge and not only get your money back, you can also get in the stash room! You actually can only mess this up if you don't let the fat guy invite you in and "get the bottle".
@@playboykgballin2688 well the stash is in the house but the loot box is out back. It is always locked unless you interact with the fat dude. Or play out entire drinking sequence and after you get your money back and little go to the outside door and it will be unlocked. Inside there will be a loot box with extra cash. It's part of the 4 homestead robberies achievement. Theres 7 loot houses I believe. Yes you can get locked out of some.
You only need to go there once to get everything. Just accept the drink and the same thing will happen. Also if you take the lady hogtied out to that grave they left you in she starts to go crazy. I put some predator bait next to her in the grave but the animals that came just got scared away because she was still struggling.
The bones in the cabinet upstairs are "momma." If you look in there before you check on his wife you can question her and she'll say "Oh, you met momma..."
Best use of the Aberdeen Pig Farm is to let them run you right before the last couple Arthur missions, go back and kill then but don’t recover your money from behind the painting. Instead return later in the game as John and pick up your hard earned money.
I knew that soup was trouble! LOL! If you go in the second time and walk into the living room you can find Fattycakes writing in a journal he mentions that he fed someone (I assume one of the parents) to the pigs.

Tried this mission multiple times just to see if something interesting would happen. if you tie up the girl and bring her to the pile of bodies, she'll have more dialogue about her mom. also not only is the brother immune to the lasso, but i threw 3 fire bottles at him when he chased me outside and the dude was burnt and was still shooting at me
If you collect a lot of treasure and convert it to cash, you can use this as a bank and come back later as John and get it back. That way John doesn’t start off poor. Literally bank it,
There’s also a loose floorboard upstairs. It’s not in the bedroom. It’s by the table on the right when you first go upstairs. You have to walk over it to get the floorboard to move.
So, I just did this myself because I was curious, but I took her to the hole we were dumped in and killed her there. Her dialog is not was I expected to be honest. Don’t wanna spoil it for anyone so go try it for yourself. Just found your channel the other day when I got the game when looking for tips. Keep up the awesome content. at 14:10 the meat is a large squirrel i know personally from skinning them out myself thats the top half of one missing its right front leg and back legs those are probably what went into the stew.
I murdered them both on my first encounter, stupidly. Went back later after seeing your vid in the hope they would respawn, instead the house was trashed with loads of items missing
If you help the snake guy he will randomly spot you walking in towns and offer you a free item from the general store (whatever you chose). Easy way yo get the most expensive items available to you at the time.
The pig farm and the family is based on real people that used to live in Kansas and would capture travelers and kill them and steal all the belongings I can't remember there names but once you know the story behind them this encounter gets way scarier
If you don’t do the interaction properly you can still get the money. You just have to shoot out the back window and you can climb up. You have to go back out the window too, the door will still be locked
You missed a lot of dialogue. You can find her brother writing in his journal, saying it wasn't his fault that he had to kill his parents. He says it was their fault because they judged their "love".
On the second floor if you look near the stairs there will be a floor board that looks a lighter colour than the rest, break it and see what’s inside. You’re welcome
second time through: I shot fatty, tied up sis, took her down to the body pit (man does she scream when she sees where you're taking her) drop her in the middle and then picked up the loose body (only one that you can pick up) and dropped it on top of her...disappointing that i couldn't bury her in bodies...you know for all the talk about GTA, this game has given me the chance to go to some truly dark places that GTA never did

When I ran into this the first time I had just bought the pump action shotgun with slugs, and after I was robbed I just went back and blew of their heads. There should be a unique/rare pump action in this game called head-popper.

i found the pig farm in chapter 3, but when i walked to the front of the house nothing happened and the guy was just sitting there. i pulled out my gun to try and trigger some dialouge but then he just started shooting at me and i never got in to the money stash.
It's not a glitch. Just bad design. I found it accidentally once. Don't remember how. xD To turn it off tho I can remember you should be on your horse or something. This one might be a glitch tho.

Don't know How I did it last time, but last week I tried every possible button combination and action that could be done and wasn't very successful with putting the lantern on the hip or even have it on the other hard or on horse. Seems like a thing that only the game can do, like for example while picking an item up or something like that. So it now seems like a glitch to me. Sorry for the last comment. Unless I missed something.
Found this a few days ago. Love this game! Also found a "man made mutant" in a house to the west of the van horn town. Side note: had to climb on first story roof to climb through a broken window. Check it out!

You are capable of getting into the room with Lock Box even after the door is locked. Bust window, find something to put by window to jump in. (I used a dead horse)
If nobody noticed it, after all of this and you take your money back, in the 2nd floor next to the table next to the cabinet with the skeltons, in the wooden floor it will be opened and when I was going into eagle eye it is like 7 jewerlies we can take but i cant take them. Its like and opening in the wooden floor next to the fence to the stairs, hard to say, i tried but i cant pick them up
u can loot that stash at any time before or after engaging with them just break the window by shooting at it shot gun will do a better job than just climp in there

I haven’t seen anybody post a video about this, but everyone should go back to the abandoned bank in lemoyne if you havent the been since the story mission. There’s 3 or 4 lock boxes with great loot & a lot of money
South Lemoyne in between shady belle and braithwaite manor. You go there in chapter 3 to steal a moonshine wagon, but if you go back later then 5ish Lemoyne raiders should be there guarding it & living there. Each of them has there own sleeping area with a lockbox in it. I got about $300 all together

Just sprint at them and press b when you get near them. If you have your lasso selected it will automatically give you the option to hogtie.

If you look in that cabinet with the skull while the woman is in the room getting ready you can have an interaction where you confront her about it.

I haven’t seen anybody post a video about this, but everyone should go back to the abandoned bank in lemoyne if you havent the been since the story mission. There’s 3 or 4 lock boxes with great loot & a lot of money

South Lemoyne in between shady belle and braithwaite manor. You go there in chapter 3 to steal a moonshine wagon, but if you go back later then 5ish Lemoyne raiders should be there guarding it & living there. Each of them has there own sleeping area with a lockbox in it. I got about $300 all together
Can I go back in chapter 4?
