The reason this house is so developed is because it’s a side mission called “Wildlife Art Exhibition”. If you have not ran across the lady asking you to collect perfect animal carcasses and send them to her, the reason is because you probably ignored or missed the mission “The Ties That Bind”. For some reason, unless it’s been patched, you have to complete at least the first mission involving the character’s Black and White called “The Ties That Bind”. After doing it the “Wildlife Art Exhibition” mission will open up and just like the Dinosaur bone mission, once completed the woman will invite you to her house to see the Exhibition. This is her house and you have now saw her Exhibition. Hope this explains why this house is full while others aren’t. If a house is full there is some legitimate way to get into it in the game. Hope this is helpful to someone.

Go to any post office, look at the walls for a “Hunter Sought” poster. Take it and start collecting the animals they’re requesting. I know there’s one in Valentine and 3 more you can do starting in chapter 2. There’s one more in the epilogue. You send the hunted animals through the mail.

Lay the cougar ACROSS the house, parallel to its front (rather than perpendicular) and when you skin it you'll be inside. Same thing works for the mystery woman chained in the outhouse behind Braithwaite Manor. And the movie was "Dinner for Schmucks" with Steve Carell
The basement is SO detailed they should have let us explore this house. Also why would they put stuff in that chest to collect if we arent supposed to be there? Great Job!! Another Great Vid!

The basement is based on the taxidermist Walter Potter. He always put his animals in a bunch of cute little scenes like kitten weddings and sword fighting squirrels.
@cheshire cat is right, it’s been done and it’s empty. I’ve came to the conclusion that any place you can glitch into that is fully decorated and exploitable is a place that Rockstar has put in the game for you to find in a legitimate way.
People do this with Taxidermy in real life, sometimes it's funny and sometimes it's just bizarre . Just yesterday I saw S and M rats, An assquatch, a fox mccloud fox, a ground squirrel riding a rattlesnake, frogs fencing and all sorts of absurdities.
The cougar works..you put the head as close to the door..it cant touch the door but sit right next to it as close as possible..I got into the crazy manbearpig house downstairs
I'd like to see you do this in the pawn shop where the princess that has been missing might be. Would be interested to see the upstairs. So I think the boxed scene in the basement are flashes of what happens in the game. Fancy dinner is from the mayors campaign, canoe is from when you can buy the canoe, ect. Take another look and think about all the campaigns to do in the game. The only one I think looks out of place is the tennis but that could be the playing cards when you go get the preacher.
Side note on the princess, i ran into a man the other day by a campfire, but unlike most npcs at camps this guy was friendly and invited me over to sit n rest wich i did, he started rambling on about investigating the missing princess , and that his clues were all pointing to van horn. Dont know if anyone has encountered him or if it has anything to do with it, figured id mention it though.
Really surreal to see Red Dead of all games reference actual famous taxidermy scenes. There's a whole genre of taxidermy where the artist(?) creates tableaus like the ones seen here, which is really skilled but a little unsettling!

The fence in Van Horn has a second floor. He’s my primary suspect for the disappearance of the princess. There’s a chest at the back with her family’s initials and you can see stairs going up but can’t access.
Tip for the cougar at that location.... Follow the stream all the way up then go run a circle around the trapper shack....go back to the top of the stream crouch and start walking down the stream if you look at the bottom of the stream there's a couger drinking water every single time.
I’m so glad I fallowed your instructions on how to glitch in and then stopped the video and went in myself. The basement is such a treat, one of the most if not the most magical moments in the game. Just wow. I feel bad so little people will get to experience it first hand. What’s the story with it though, did Rockstar make this just as an Easter Egg treat just for glitchers? Because why else close of such an enchanted space? Having it be kind of secret makes it special but it would also be special if more people got to experience it though. You use dynamite on the back side of the outhouse and you’ll blow off a piece of the back. You can see the guy with a broken leg frozen to the shitter 😂

There is a waterfall that isn't the high stakes treasure location. It's close by another treasure map location where there is a tree with an x, a number of steps to take, and it's underneath a stone a gold bar. There is a waterfall near it with an even better treasure beneath it. Go through that waterfall :)
It originally was explorable because that jar in the chest that you couldn't pick up is one of the ones that were originally part of a side quest that was cut. I think not 100% sure but I think it's what it is

The movie you're thinking of with similar taxidermy is, "Dinner for Schmucks" with Steve Carell and Paul Rudd..... There's so many movie references and homages in RDR2, especially to westerns. This particular one was really cool to see.
Most houses will be empty, not like this one. This one is quest related, so they rendered it because it is supposed to be visited in some side quest. Most other houses are permanently shut because you are not supposed to go inside, so most certainly they won’t have anything to see, if you are even able to get inside in the first place.
You should use this glitch on Angelo Bronte's house in Saint Denis. I remember wanting to explore that mansion, but after the mission there you weren't able to get inside anymore.
I needed to tell someone what happened playing RDR2 just now .I was fishing for Legendary at sturgeon on train tracks between caliga hall and St denis.After leaving i ran into lemoyne raiders robbing passengers and train car weve all seen before.Well i kill everyone and i do mean everyone get loot and enter train.I was full on Fine Brandy that was in cabinet so i drank what i had so i could take it.While drinking Brandy in 1st person i seemed to fall in a tornado but couldnt see much or control like i was falling. Finally got control and emerged from the ground and reappeared on trajn tracks in New Hanover By the first E in The Heartlands.Try it out ! Btw..i didnt land the sturgeon

What's crazy is that someone had to make all the models, come up with those sets and set all of that up and yet you can't even access it without a glitch.
This house is meant to be seen. Maybe in the future, or online. Maybe they even knew people would glitch in somehow. But no way they went through the time and ideas for this to keep it hidden. It's to cool. You should've stood on the side of the door, facing parallel to the house, so when you dropped the cougar it would lay across the threshold like a mat. So when you skin it, you center with the door.
Once you got into the basement, that's probably THE coolest thing I've ever seen in game, and they got it stashed away where players are never supposed to even get to see it! Unbelievable!

You dont have to 100% to get into the house, you just need to finish all 5 hunting requests and then read the invitation she sends you in the mail.

I glitched in there. You cannot go up the stairs. There is an invisible barrier that stops you from ascending the stairs.

The movie you're thinking of with similar taxidermy is, "Dinner for Schmucks" with Steve Carell and Paul Rudd..... There's so many movie references and homages in RDR2, especially to westerns. This particular one was really cool to see.

Most houses will be empty, not like this one. This one is quest related, so they rendered it because it is supposed to be visited in some side quest. Most other houses are permanently shut because you are not supposed to go inside, so most certainly they won’t have anything to see, if you are even able to get inside in the first place.
You should use this glitch on Angelo Bronte's house in Saint Denis. I remember wanting to explore that mansion, but after the mission there you weren't able to get inside anymore.
I needed to tell someone what happened playing RDR2 just now .I was fishing for Legendary at sturgeon on train tracks between caliga hall and St denis.After leaving i ran into lemoyne raiders robbing passengers and train car weve all seen before.Well i kill everyone and i do mean everyone get loot and enter train.I was full on Fine Brandy that was in cabinet so i drank what i had so i could take it.While drinking Brandy in 1st person i seemed to fall in a tornado but couldnt see much or control like i was falling. Finally got control and emerged from the ground and reappeared on trajn tracks in New Hanover By the first E in The Heartlands.Try it out ! Btw..i didnt land the sturgeon

justin bratcher I know!!!! I still haven’t gotten one. I do usually see them right outside of strawberry to the right in that little forestry area before the entrance sign. Usually just one though and not always 3 stars 🙄
@@HB-yg3ke i got one and see em more now that i got legends of east satchel which rules btw ! I basically stayed in that area for days killing stuff until i found that possum. It was a genocide in that forest 😂

What's crazy is that someone had to make all the models, come up with those sets and set all of that up and yet you can't even access it without a glitch.
This house is meant to be seen. Maybe in the future, or online. Maybe they even knew people would glitch in somehow. But no way they went through the time and ideas for this to keep it hidden. It's to cool. You should've stood on the side of the door, facing parallel to the house, so when you dropped the cougar it would lay across the threshold like a mat. So when you skin it, you center with the door.
Bro make a series that is just you glitching into houses you usually can't get into it's so interesting.
Once you got into the basement, that's probably THE coolest thing I've ever seen in game, and they got it stashed away where players are never supposed to even get to see it! Unbelievable!
