Just base damage multiplicated by buffs from talismans. Also, this boss in particular is weak to fire damage. If I would just add bonuses from Faith-knot Crystal Tear (+10 to Faith) and Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear (+20% fire damage) I would do around 2,4k damage per hit with this setup.
