- I never get the result I want but I always get a result. I should stop making plans altogether. At least I did manage to make a fortune on my very first run, and it could have been so much better had I expected it. With the idol and some slightly better relics I could have finally managed a run with over 100,000 gold. As long as I manage to beat all the bosses I seem to manage over 50,000 at least. I also now have almost all of the upgrades. UnderMine gameplay with my commentary as always!

Df, just a couple things I thought might help you out, firstly, the gold you pick up also contributes to the canary’s level. Secondly, a few episodes back you visited a library and got a book, go to arkanos’ room and go to the bookshelf at the back and you open a secret room that allows you to find eggs and use different familiars to the canary. Some fight with you, some buff shrines, some reveal secret rooms etc etc

18:32 I’m screaming at my phone. I don’t even play this game, but he’s fought the final boss enough times to realize that when the torches go out he deals less damage. Pretty lucky the boss was a no-show.

The mirror can bounce the cursed pink orbs (projectiles) away via attacking them. This has been the Nth time some rando like me has told you how to live your life.

Tip: the flaming skulls are overpowered as hell. They also combine with the mirror and will reflect shots back at enemies. When I saw both in the final shop at the same time i nearly screeched

The light ray directions on the bombs are the directions the explosions will go, for future reference. The Rook and Bishop Bombs...
Loyalty is really good. Get a few stacks and items in the shop cost pretty much nothing. Stacks with pilfers ring also. In that last shop you had the mirrow which reflects projectiles also which works on the final boss as well. It also stacks with the skull that was under it to make a 3 mirros flying around you reflecting projectiles.
If you look at the bomb in the top right you can see the direction the bomb goes in.
Like so DF can see.

There are a few more combinations of items. The floating skull and grimmwalds mirror, queens crown and kings crown, butcher cleaver and four leaf clover.
You found shadow and kurtz in the same run? Now that's unbelievably rare. Kurtz is extremely rare in itself leaving most players searching for them long after getting everything there is in the game and all the dogs are hella rare too.
So I now feel the need to tell you, that the torches determine the dmg you do to the last boss. Always keep them lit. With proper timing you can even re-light the torch as it's getting put out. If you happen to have salamander tale you can just throw the axe to ignite them

I won't be read, but, the canary, it gains exp when you or him get the gold, no need to wait for him to get all the gold, also, if you wan't to go for "kinda longer runs" the Djinn is better since it marks where are the breakable walls, and when its level 2 it mark where is the hidden stairs (at least 1 secret room per floor and 1 hidden stairs)
In stardew valley behind the community centre in the corner behind the fence is a stone junimo statue
The salamander tail is also able to light the candles of the final boss room

For the future getting the rotating shields that block projectiles and the mirror that lets you reflect projectiles makes it so you cant get hit by projectiles at all
Since I havent seen anyone post it, the skull and mirror at 18:25 actually combine to automatically reflect projectiles

Looking back at these videos, I can see why some of these things don't exist anymore. Ricochet blessing is absurd, and the noori boss fight is much easier since one of his attacks just lights all the fires for free. Some day they will figure out something for me to use my piles of thorium on. I just have to reiterate that ricochet blessing is BUSTED.

you should play virtual families 2. If you do, there's a cool cheat where you can praise your guy for working a bunch then say that the time is like a month later then you can be super rich. also, you can trap them in one room using furniture, not buy them food, and do more cruel stuff.
Hey, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but if you see a relic you don't want, drop a bomb on it and it rerolls it. You can do it 5 times per item, unless you have the curse that makes items more fragile. Hope that helps:)

since you had a high curse run I hope that made you feel a bit more confortable in stacking curses. These is actually really good because if you know how to get curse removers they remove the entire stack of a single curse
Also there are different tiers of curses. The shrine curses are really simple curses that can stack, and the purple fires and curse chest give you the annoying curses with the little + sign, I don´t think these ones have a chance to stack. I generally don´t go for these unless I have an extra curse remover in the floor.

In binding of Isaac, the secret rooms kinda follow the rule of being in betweens rooms
Salamander's Tail is incredibly useful for the final boss, you can use it to reignite his torches. When the torches go out Noori takes less damage.
