This model is about gas solids separator unit. Cyclone Separators are most commonly used
equipment for the separation of dust particles from an air/gas stream is the cyclone separator. The dust-laden gas stream enters near the top of the collection chamber tangentially. The force on the larger particles is greater than the force on the smaller ones because the latter particles have less mass and therefore spiral downward into the dust hopper. When the gas velocity is not sufficient to suspend the particles, gravity causes the particles to fall into the dust collection chamber. Further, a small-diameter cyclone generates a greater centrifugal force than a large diameter unit. User will discover all design aspects for this device.
