    so powerful I was is need of silent sleep ,I gone to doctor even though the doctor said do meditation I saw many meditation I was not satisfied😪 but after watching your video now I am able to sleep silently 🥰🥰 by the way congrats for 890k 🥳🥳👍👍

    Thank you sir. Following from yesterday.
    Couldnt sleep because of stress but now could sleep . Also small sleep but like very long hours sleep. Felt very fresh. Not lazy after wake up. From today will try to sleep early for more good results.

    Sir I have no words for how powerful this meditation is. This is a sure shot way to put someone to sleep. One request … every time I do this meditation I feel it’s bit short because at times we are anxious and so it takes a while to focus, leave our thoughts behind and get into the flow of this. In this the video has almost finished more than half. Request you to make a longer such video. Will be really helpful for your followers/fans.
