    Like most people I have watch a million TH-cam golf tip videos. Clays teaching approach and style of explanation resonates the best with me. Subscribing to the Top Speed Gold site has been worth every penny. Please keep up the good work Clay and the team. It’s greatly appreciated

    Probably the best explanation of how to accelerate the club I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to try it out. Thanks.

    Thanks Clay! I just started golfing in the middle of July this year and you’ve helped me go from 50-55 on the front 9 to 46-48 the last few rounds! Shot a 94 once too! Much attributed to your great teachings. Cheers.

    What a great video, I really enjoy the way you teach. I was able to take this technique to the range and then put it into play, the results are outstanding. Thanks for what you do and how you do it.

    Great video. I started doing this but by keeping my grip lose, swing on an angle and being conscious about the weight of the club. I also coupled this with Clay’s lesson for members on his website about natural grip at impact so that I know the club face is square at impact.

    Clay hits his 7 iron as far as I hit my 7 wood. I'm about 165 with my 6 iron (it's traditionally lofted, so it's 31 degrees compared to 33 degrees for a modern 7), my theory was I could swing easier and improve my striking to maintain my distances. I'm gonna try this in my net tonight after work...

      @@TopSpeedGolf Effortless comes from a series of oscillations. You hurl the club up via a Core Oscillation and allow the club to Fall after the Core Falls in the second Oscillation. Rise, Fall, Rise. Left, Right, Left. Sending the Ball via the tool is Simply, Energy. Where it goes is simply Proximal, Distal relationship with a proper Grip that Releases Naturally with Clay's Technique.

    Clay you are talking about vertical force but I don’t see all tour pros do this such as Patrick CANTALAY for example???? Am I wrong ???

    I live in the tampa area. Is there a way to book a in person lesson with you and your team? I tried on your site but i can only find online instruction.

    • @TopSpeedGolf
      @TopSpeedGolf  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I personally spend all my time creating video content so I can help as many people as fast as possible. I do not do in person lessons anymore.
      We do offer a couple of things for more personalized instruction, but both are only available to our current All Access members (i.e. people who subscribe to the site).
      We have in-person Distance Clinics multiple times a year with Top Speed Golf certified instructors. You can learn more about those here: topspeedgolf.com/distance-clinic/?lp=yes
      We also offer an Unlimited Swing Reviews with your choice of Top Speed Golf certified instructors. You would film a swing of yours, send it over to the instructor, and get feedback in your inbox on what to work on to improve your game! You can read about that here: topspeedgolf.com/get-unlimited-swing-reviews-improve-faster/

    at the beggining you said you're trying to hit the ball at the end of video you said if youre trying to hit its not going to work. I'm still abit confused but this is the part of my swing im working on at the moment.

    What degree is your “normal 7 iron”? Loose grip is also a key.

    • @nicholas1460
      @nicholas1460 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Someone at Ballard's level would have a club loft of typically 34 or 35 degrees for a 7 iron.

    man... I am doing way more of a "wide circle" than U ... I got some stuff to work on. Just FYI - that wide circle I'm doing make it REALLY easy for me to release wrong; my hands turn over way too quick in a cast for big sweeping 50 yd hooks.

  • @transcender5974
    @transcender5974 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Good lesson. But, with all due respect...you are built like a formidable line backer, and your chip shot seven iron is swung accordingly. My 156 pound physiology aint gonna do that.

      I don't go to the gym that much, and plenty of smaller golfers are able to produce tons of power. Just keep working and getting better!
