Food Tales I make the fire noodles / black bean noodles Trinity made once and I add kimchi and vegetables to it with chicken or tuna or shrimp. I make it like once a month.

I also have a request. Trinity has said "it's not going to taste like my mama's rice" if she has to make extra rice. I would love to know how your mother does it! With details, like the kind of rice, washing it, etc. If you haven't already learned from your mother, do it, then you will always be able to make yummy rice and teach us too :))
hahahhaa, trust me we have tried to learn the way our mum does it, she uses her finger for measurement, i'm pretty sure a lot of asians parents do that, sometimes our rice turns out similar but the other half of the time its a bit dry hahhahaha! XD

Hello Trinity, whenever i watched ur videos, i always look at your long nails & i remember in 1 video u said that ur nail was cracked in the middle & ur finger was bleeding. Want to make fried rice but when I do it sticks to my own what am I doing wrong?

use 2 day old rice, more oil or a non stick pan, we used quite a bit pretty much coating 90% if the rice grains yeah... also you need to stir the rice a lot, if you let it sit it is harder to stir later - thats our food tales advice for ya :D
