I made Turkey Katsu Curry a few days ago for a friend.
Turkey Steak is similar to Chicken and saves the butterflying and bashing. I season the flour and coat it before dunking it in Egg and then seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
My Curry Sauce:
Ginger
Onion
1-2 TSP Flour
1-2 TSP Curry Powder
Veggie or Chicken Stock
Soy Sauce
Brown Rice Syrup or Honey
Serve with Rice and Salad.

I got contacted on facebook by a guy that lives in the same town, the first thing he wrote to me was 'don't think that im crazy or something, but I think you look nice'.. didn't even say hi, just said that he liked me, I thought he was odd, but starting writing with him, and we had a lot in common, like anime and manga We met some times in town, both were really shy and didn't talk much, and one day i wen't home to him, it was so awkward... I wanted to die, we didn't say much, we just sat there, and then he asked if he could kiss me, and i said yes, it was a bad kiss, no tingling feelings or anything, just bad.. I didn't wanna stay for long, so i went home. I later invited him to a party at my parents house, he got drunk really fast, he didn't even drink much, and fell asleep on the couch, later he woke up and puked on the rug.. -_- My friends didn't really like him either, he was just awkward to talk to, and said 'dude' way to often.. Never spoke or wrote to him again.
Now im in a happy relationship with a guy that changed me for the better, i'm not so shy anymore, and i've never been this happy ^^ we've been together 2 years and 6 months, live together, and has a cat :)
