  • How to Manage your time during the PMP Exam with Aileen Ellis.
I had a student tell me " The first time I took it the clock did not tell me when it was break time. I failed because of this fact. I sat there engrossed and concentrating on checking my answers for the first half and, since I was told by the proctor and all the exam prep instructors that I would be prompted for a break, trusted that to happen. By the time I realized something was wrong and checking and rechecking (happened simultaneously) it was too late. I called the proctor to get my break and she manually stopped the clock. It left me with 120 minutes for 107 questions :( "
At that point I decided to develop this video. That student, and about 150 others watched the video and that student passed the PMP Exam a few days later.
There is so much false (or confusing) information out there related to the PMP Exam.

Hello, Aileen. I passed the PMP exam yesterday! Thank you so much for posting these videos. I'm dyslexic and I have ADHD. Reading the PMBOK and Agile Practice Guide was very frustrating for me, but your videos helped me actually understand the concepts and test with confidence. I passed above target in all three areas. THANK YOU!!

Aileen and her program are a very fast and comforting way to not only pass but do well on the PMP exam, the first go around. Highly recommend. Completed her course on Thursday, 20240125, and took the exam on Friday (next day), past above target. Thanks Aileen.

I completed my PMP exams and went through a similar experience. When I consulted my online invigilator after completing the first 60 questions; he told me the break would automatically pull up on the screen. I wasted close to 30 minutes sitting down and waiting for the clock until I decided to end the review; then, I realised how much time I had thrown away, which put a lot of pressure on me to complete the next two sections. I therefore think this video is a must-watch for everyone who intends to take the exams. Thank you very much.

Hi Aileen, thank you for sharing this important and informative video. It certainly helped me "mind map" the upcoming exam and how I should manage time and stay on time to complete all 180 questions in 230 minutes. I also found it helpful to know that breaks are essential and it makes no difference on my total time of exams, should one decide to skip the break. I would rather stretch and move around, then skip the breaks. :)
I am so enjoying and feel confident about my upcoming test! thanks much!!

Hi Aileen I passed the exam 3/19/2021. Having your course and the quizzes was a Blessing to me besides the help of God, because I was able to realized those concept that I was not understanding or not paying attention too. I recommend this video How to manage your time because I struggled the most with time management during the exam. At certain point I could only read the answers and pick the most reasonable and infer the question, as I was behind , having more questions than time (I do not recommend anyone doing that) . I know it was crazy not to read the question and I just stop myself and said you need to read the question, just go faster!!! I regret not taking the simulations that are available/included in the course and not replaying this video many times- as time management was a struggled-. And yes I took the two 10 minutes breaks during the exam. Do not underestimate time nor the quizzes and the exams simulation from the course. Thank you Aileen for your help, your live coaching included with the course and all the explanations that you gave us. Thank you, many Blessing to you. Sarah Santana

Can we practice time management by taking a mock exam with 60 questions each and time the exam for 75 mins and then take another 60 question mock exam and time for another 75 mins just to gauge how well we are managing the clock in a mock exam situation in preparation for the actual exam?
