Aileen... i stumbled into your videos just 2 days before my exam. I ran thru most of them and they really completed my preparation. Yesterday Feb 22nd 2022 I cleared my PMP exam! Thank u so much n may God bless u. All the best for everybody here who plan to take the Exam this year.... Regards, Tabitha - Indonesia 😇
Speechless, I thought I was ready for exam. This video really gave me a wake up call but I am glad that Aileen sent this link to all the subscribers for free. I will definitely recommend to all the PMP aspirants to make most of this 34 mins 25 seconds video. Aileen Ellis, thank you ever so much for this video. Kind regards, Khalil Rahman
So glad the video helped you. I believe that earned value management interpretation questions are actually harder for most people than the earned value math questions. Aileen
Wake up call for me too, but grateful to have found this. Aileen makes it so simple and easy to understand. I need to watch the video again and others also!
Aileen, this video is by far one of the best PMP videos I have watched. I love the way you explain the material; simple and to the point. I found your last week webinar on Stakeholder & Communication Management very useful too. Well done and thank you again!

You are an amazing teacher!! I read so much on this topic to no avail. I watched your video and I feel so confident on this topic. God bless you!!! Many thanks!!!
Aileen, thank you so very very much for making these videos. I passed my CAPM exam today - above target in all areas! This video and memorizing the outputs and TTs were most helpful for me. Thank you so very much again.
These questions could trip me up for sure. I am so glad to have this video helping us to breakdown what the questions are asking about cost or schedule and then explaining each answer helped me so. Thank you again.
I really expect that most of your earned value questions on this exam will include no math. We need to really understand earned value.... not memorize equations.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know of a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost my login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me
Taking the PMP tomorrow. Came on TH-cam for some last minute tips and tricks and came across this video. Wish I had been watching Aileen the whole time! Great video. Will be back if I don't pass LOL
Thank you Aileen this is an excellent perspective on Earned Value Analysis and thinking simplistically for no math questions. Really reading the questions and asking yourself the questions; "what are we talking about here, schedule or cost?" etc. So thank you again.

I was able to create some more flash cards that will help quickly interpret earned value questions without trying to do a whole bunch of mathematical calculation. Fantastic video!
Thanks so much for this video. It is very useful and insightful. Can you look at your answer at 10:20. I'm not sure how that is schedule and not cost. Again thanks for this good work. God bless you Aileen

Hi Aileen, thank you for this wonderful video! I have a question though. At 7:00 you said that this sentence "You have spent $ 500 more than you planned to spend as of today" relates to schedule variance. And then, at 15:35, you said that this sentence "You have spent $ 500 more than you planned to spend as of today" relates to cost. I fail to understand the difference. Please advise.
One(7.00) is Schedule and other(15:35) is cost. At 7.00,it talks about schedule(not cost. May be the answer in C at 7.00) can be rephrased as " There is $500 worth of additional work that needs to be done as of today". If you replace t question with cost variance then the answer would be " The project is $500 over the budget " since it in negative.
You are so welcome! Congratulations. If you have two minutes could you write a quick testimonial? It would be greatly appreciated. It truly will take less than two minutes. www.aileenellis.com/pmp-exam-aileen-review-on-trustpilot
