I recently bought a small IKEA table, the Gladom table, and decided to give it a stunning makeover.
I had previously made one for my boys, and my mom saw it and absolutely loved it. She asked if I could make one for her too, and of course, I couldn't resist making her happy.
With some creativity and a few supplies, I transformed the plain table into a beautiful mosaic masterpiece.
The process was so much fun and seeing the final result was truly rewarding.
When I surprised my mom with the finished table, her face lit up with joy. It was such a heartwarming moment.
I'm so glad I could create something special for her that she will cherish for years to come.

Dear Marinella, it turned outbeautiful! Also hiw you talk with your mother, remembered me about my mother as she had cancer and lied in the bed. I was - unfotunately- the only person from 4 children, which was able to look after her and gave her strength. It was a wonderful time we were so close. I wish you both the best time, you do such a good work❤.

We’re also 4 children and it’s a long and very sad story. I’m the youngest one and now one from my sisters are helping me but thank goodness I have two caring children and husband who are helping me♥️
Your mom is proud of you she is still watching you and protecting you, I’m sure of that.
My dad died in 2002 and I still talk to him like he is still with us.

My sister was sometimes there to help but she had a never ending fight with my mom- so sorry but... i guess it was fear too to lose her without beeing able to forgive, an ego thing?!? Anyway, yes, i felt my mom for long time by my side, talked also to her after she left us and i clearly could felt her presence. As i was sewing my wedding dress, i believe she helped me because otherwise i surely was'nt able to make this project alone- even today i have no idea how i did it! This was a wonderful experience. I started to do things, i never did before and thought about her, thought she was doing it inside of me. As my brother died one year later, i felt someone is gone, as next day my other brother called me, i asked quickly if he's dead. This was a shock for him but now it was clear why i cried the evening before and had no idea why... Two days after my mothers dead - the first sunny day - a sunday- i started my first mosaik flower pots i still have them in my garden. This colors are amazing especially if our winters are grey. I also made a mosaik toilet, i worked every day for a week on it. Theme was Yellow submarine, Beatles. Love it! I’m working so hard and sometimes I think how I did all this work, but I know my dad and my family is giving me strength ♥️.
I have contacted only with my twin brother ones a month and I have no contacts with my sisters. It’s very hard sometimes because I can feel that my mom is suffering because of that. They make my life harder because of that but maybe is better like that because I know they will be not nice to her😔
It’s always about them, forgiveness is very important in life. When we fall we have to get up only then we can be stronger. I’m so happy you’re creating beautiful things that you can see it every day and feel those memories.

Yes it made me also sad to see how my mother was sad about my sister, i tried to fill this hole so i was there for her and i know she was happy i tried to make the situation best as possible for her. Marinella, there is a reason, why we are that way, the Universe knows best, there are also tests for eaxh of us🙏 and the great spirit gave us this gift and we use it and found our way to handle our life and create so many things! and heal our environment!🙏🍀🍀🍀 We have to be strong, people can learn from us so we live in a better way of understanding how we can transform energy and people will feel itand do also better❤. Today i want to start mosaik for the garden, our grass is very high and natural home, food for our insects but we need a small way to go, so i make round plates for walking. Your sisters don’t approve of you looking after and caring for your /their mother? How wrong and how sad is that. You and your children are doing a beautiful thing. I have visited Crete at least 5 times and it is a beautiful island as are all the other Greek islands I have visited. And Greek people are just amazing. I can’t wait to visit again. Give your mum a kiss on her cheek for me please. ❤ we lost our mother nearly six years ago and I miss her everyday. Mothers are precious.

My sisters have mental issues they don’t have compassion for others, it’s always about them. They’re very jealous and I tried to understand and help them but it’s impossible.
We live in Crete since 2018 because of my mom, she is from Crete but came in 2018 for holiday with my sisters and they just abandoned her there without food, that’s why we came here and we love it♥️
One day she will be gone too but her soul will be with us.
Memories will keep them alive♥️ also your parents.
