what are some potential security risk of someone matching their first 2 sets of number in their server IP to gain access to my MySQL?Or would the first 2 set belong only to google?
Very very very low. They also need to have your username/password. So having your information and sharing an IP with Google is virtually impossible.
When I tried to download the MySQL database the link sent me to the website homepage. Can you post another functional link, please?
