i just recently played left4dead and thought it was a friendly community but it pissed me off when they randomly kick vote for me while i carried their asses with mostly 800points(they can't even reach atleast 500) as infected and supported them as survivor.. that's why starting today, i wont ever play solo queue again (sorry for my bad england)

Depends on which mod of versus! Some promods eq mods etc dont have water slowdown but if youre talking about normal default mod then lots of water bodies and slowdown areas!

From my experience, the most sophisticated players were from Japan. They are remarkably good at team work and calm attack. One can learn much from the Japanese players.
