To be honest, I always found the Mega Man 11 soundtrack to be just okay. Much like Mega Man 2 on the Gameboy, I never had problems with the compositions themselves, but the overall sound. In Mega Man 11's case, I wasn't personally a fan of how all the songs sounded exactly the same in terms of the "instruments" used in each and every song. To that end, there was very little variety, which hurt the soundtrack to me. Your remixes add that much needed variety that the original music desperately lacked, which greatly increases my appreciation for these songs in general. Very excellent work!
I have similar feelings with Street Fighter Alpha 3 and having instruments that are too similar. When you analyse the games samples you discover it actually has one of the biggest amount of samples in the whole cps2 library it even has pianos and saw wave leads but most songs barely use them and just abuse the distorted guitar sample lol
I felt this way at first, but they slowly grew on me as I played through the game. Playing with good headphones helps a lot though, many details on the mix get lost when playing through tv speakers and the songs end up sounding like a mess, but they absolutely rule when properly listened to.
The section that starts at 2:50 is so good. The Mega Man series has always had an air of sadness to it, and you've captured it very well in this remix.
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AND ITS FINALLY HERE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Keep up the good work man, you and your music hold a place in my heart and playlists i will never forget.
@@erictapia822 Well of course, but considering there's no system limitations, there's no reason the arrangements shouldn't have just been the normal soundtrack.
Gear Fortress Zone
Egg Gear zone
Nice one
Yeah
Wily always wins!......in the castle music selection
I've been waiting for this!... A great remix about a great theme.
Oh, except in MMW2 Sorry

@@TheLegendofRenegade Agreed.
as someone who likes the OG soundtrack to megaman 11, TheLegendofRenegade remixs sounds both a lot better and they sound way more megaman to me.

I also felt that way about Mega Man X2, and X3 on the SNES.

Absolute "must be" on the 11's ost remix list.
You never fail to deliver.
This is so well done!!! You do these compositions so much justice by taking them out of Mega Man 11's soundfont.

Wait you haven't done this one before?! Well, 2 hours left for our ears to be blessed.
Unless I have a clone, I certainly havent :D

Ah yes, my fav track from MM11. So good its used as a main Wily stage theme for all of them. Awesome remix my dude, longtime fan, keep it up.
Not gonna lie, if Renegade did the whole soundtrack. I would totally replay MM11 with his music modded in.
If Capcom contacted this guy, I would enjoy MM11 over 500% more.
A climactic finale for sure.
Finally, the entire set of Mega Man 11 songs has been (Presumably) completed!
Still got to finish the Boss Battle theme 😎
@@TheLegendofRenegade Welp, joke's on me then, lmao.
Stage select?
Power gear! Speed gear! Double gear!!
I knew this one was coming sooner or later, awesome stuff as always
yooooooooooooo!
*WOOOOO YEAH BABYYYYY, THATS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR*
another amazing remix once again Mr. Renegade!
(Game) Gear Fortress... a track that softly screams a thousand emotions
Wonderful job!
Hm? A Sega Genesis track that doesn't sound all crunchy and twangy?
Pretty good conversion! The genesis samples fit perfectly for the song (and perhaps for the entire ost as well?).
this video makes me realize i'm kind of an idiot for only using the mega buster on this stage
I feel like playing Megaman 11 again
Thanks for the remix Renegade! I like it so much! But if my PC could run this game :(
My country is really poor it can't afford powerful OCs :(
Nice 👍✨
Mega Man 11 is my most favorite game of all time over MM2
Dr.Wily is That Man from Guilty Gear
This theme is great and I am glad to see you do a remix of it!
Do you have the Gear Fortress boss theme on plans? Its very under-remixed
Even in MM11, no clocktower stage godamnit
nice
yES!
this remix sounds a lot more megaman then the OG soundtrack lol.
Dr wahwe
I commend your remix, but mock your gameplay.
Mega Man 11's soundfont really sucks, but the composition is great, I don't know why do these things.
I think the arranged music for Mega Man 11 is better, in my opinion. It just fits well.
