What’s the difference in radiation received from a cell phone in the back pocket versus putting a one half inch space between the cell phone and the body?
All you would do is put the new intensity underneath under the old intensity and use the formula the same way. Registry will probably not ask you in that format though.
@@alzmirza6504 5 x 10,000 = 50,000. 50,000 / 23,104 = 2.16. You must be putting a wrong number in somewhere. I can't tell what you are doing wrong without seeing your formula.

Hello, may I know how to solve the number ( Needs to be squared )?
For example 100cm (need to be squared) become 10,000 like how?
Are you asking me how to square a number? It is multiplied by itself. 100 x 100 = 10,000
@meaghanpiretti7340 exactly, thank you so much!

Cell phone radiation is not x-ray radiation.
so are you saying that the inverse Square law doesn't apply to cell phone radiation?
@@macdoctor145 I am saying cell phone radiation is not a concern of mine since I teach x-ray radiation and they are not the same thing!
can you make a video where you solve for new distance?

At 4.22 minutes answer is coming as 0.46 I couldn't understand how u got 2.2 msv as an answer,
Can u get back to methanks
I am not sure how you are getting this answer. The video shows you where the numbers need to go in the formula.
@@meaghanpiretti7340 I did plugged in the correct way
