@@yikers1955 the point of 3D audio is to make the music sound live. It should sound like you're sitting in a room and there's an orchestra surrounding you. Different instruments, vocals can be pinpointed and it's an amazing experience. The 3D audio experiences on TH-cam where the music just moves are a bit gimmicky in my opinion. It's fun but I don't think it adds to immersion, and can actually ruin the immersion because you're constantly thinking about the position of the sound and not the sound itself. Of course if you don't care about losing yourself in the music and just want a bit of fun the moving music will be great for you.
I just got hdmi and am loving it. My husband was in the kitchen and the first deep Gallileo had me say wtf was that out loud. Scared the hell out of my husband, he came into the computer room to see if I was okay.
Not sure if you'll ever see this, but if you do, here's an amazing fact. In an old 2002-2003 interview with Brian May, where he & the interviewer looks through the master tapes of Bohemian Rhapsody, he mentions that Freddie originally wanted the "Magnifico" part having the voices going from front to back. And that is exactly what this 3D immersion version of the song does. Thank you for inadvertently making Freddie's original vision of the song come to life.

No they're not. Binaural Audio is beginning to catch on. Dolby Atmos(which is Binaural when using the Headphone version) is finally making it go mainstream. These guys should produce these in Atmos.

I tried to listen some song, but just got dizzy and almost threw up! 🤮 I like it simple; keep the drums and piano where they are. Move movable - a singer, guitarist, bassist. In this case - imagine that Morgan Fisher plays piano in Queen's 1970s career! Simple! 😂
It would we great to do that with every song, but for that, you must have separate tracks for each instrument and voice. That is probably what happened in this video, being Bohemian Rhapsody one of the most iconic rock songs ever, the different tracks probably were easier to find. That's not the case with most songs, and all they have is 1 track, so they keep spinning them, and I agree it gets boring after a while.
Yes, that's what I expected from a 3d audio too: being on stage, hearing each instrument at its place. Unfortunately you can't extract unless you alterate the sound. The only way is to find a multitrack version (the original record for each track/instrument), which is easy to find for Queen. Bohrap is the best song for that because the multitrack contains the 24 tracks (including some parts rejected in the final mix).

Binaural production is excellent. There was no need to have the voices flying all over the place though. You could have made it feel like a live performance but it ended up sounding like a tech demo.

I feel like this is way more realistic than the 8D audio. The only thing is that sometimes there will be piano (which Freddie always played, right?) but then Freddie is in my other ear. Later, when I let the music play from my computer over tv and plugged the same headphones into tv, it was reversed; Freddie was singing in front of me! In places where he was in front of me before, he was behind me. How's that possible? Everybody here say that they've heard him from behind as I've heard it before. Now it's totally opposite to that! I must admit that I'm getting scared a bit... ☹️ What's going on? I was listening to other 3D audio after listening to this song (my first 3D audio experience).
When I've took my headphones off, I've went to computer to turn it off. It already turned off, because it's set up to turn off after some time. I've still heard some noise. Didn't know what it was. Like water in my bathroom was dropping. Went there to check out - nothing! Turned out to be my fridge. I've never heard it before so loudly. I've heard somebody from the apartment above mine coughing. I hear better. My ears are so sensitive after 100% of volume high! 😀 I'm so happy for better hearing and scared for hearing 3D audio reversed than before - at the same time!

Binaural production is excellent. There was no need to have the voices flying all over the place though. You could have made it feel like a live performance but it ended up sounding like a tech demo.
