Hey man, thanks for doing videos for Luke's guides, it really helps show how easy it is compared to overwhelming sentences and pictures.
Hello, It wouldn't be better to put some washers between the nuts and the bed, and also washers between the nuts and the springs? I believe the spring can slightly move on the face of the nut(when you tighten the knobs), and then your bed will move also
Thank you for watching! And for the recommendation! I will pass that on to Luke, but it could be a great idea for stabilization. This fix is usually used to get by until the new springs come, but that probably would help!
@@TheEdgeofTech I have done this today...I think i will keep the nuts even with the new springs...do you have any recommendations regarding a warped bed? I already have a glass for my ender 3, but still have a lot of problems in finding the perfect level... actually Everytime I have perfect level in the corners but not in the middle. I have to use rafts everytime, just to be sure that my prints will stick to the bed.
@@valentinciotic5655 Nice work! You may not need them after the new springs, they are pretty stiff! As for the bed, hit up the Ender 3 groups on Facebook and there are some really good suggestions there! Just do a search for warped bad. Also, if it's newer, contact the seller you bought it from and they should be able to get you a new bed!
@@TheEdgeofTech I already contacted them...but it seems that my bed is in the limit...maybe my expectations are too high;) I am still trying different settings to see what is better for me...
@@valentinciotic5655 i bought ikea lots mirror, 4 pcs in pack and 300x300 i go to my frends shop hes in windows, glass, mirror buisnes and he cut me 235x235 and using nearly 2 monts without problem :)

Do you have a link to the 4mm jam nuts you used?
Wouldn't it make more sense to have the bed stabilization video before the bed leveling video?
Thank you for putting the videos in a playlist by the way :D
Thank you for watching, and for the recommendation! On it now! I am so new at this, I didn't know I could do that. lol
I will work with Luke and get them in a good order! Thanks again!
@The Edge of Tech If i have to open the holes up should i do it on all 4 or just one? I can get three in freely but the last one is misaligned by 2 mm. If i just do one will it be out of square and cause issues?
Shoot me an email with a picture if you can. I want to make sure I know what your referring to before I answer. Haha jim@theedgeoftech.com
Which bl toch mount did u use i just order one i also have ender 3 if so could send the address on thingiverse thanx good info on videos
Thanks for watching! I used the Bullseye duct with the BL Touch mount in the left side.
After putting the nuts on, I cant get my bed to lower enough to balance it. I just burned a large hole in the newer Creality print bed.
you can always adjust your z-stop down to match where the build plate is
I added spring washer and bed handle, what do u think about them needed or not, i think they effect bed levelling negativle
