Well, although the Constitution itself is a secular document, a lof its ethical principles were influenced by the bible directly. There are a lot of biblical ideals that are reflected throughout the Constitution, like the ones I mentioned on the video
You can also argue the 5th (due process) and 8th (prohibiting cruel and unusual punishment) amendments are moral principles based in biblical law
