The title of this yutube video is excellent! This is the first authentic "New Frisco" yutube video I watched last 2 years. The rest of them are only have "Frisco" on the first page! However, it is still nice to see that many other DFFW cities try to become next Frisco!
what do you think of the future price of the newman centre townhomes? with the fields construction do you think the value of these townhomes will increase significantly?
They should hold value. Townhomes won't appreciate like single family but they will be the most affordable option close by there. Fields will have its own townhomes so those will be more affected by the Fields development.
From some report/news, people have doubt about this - Los Angels MAY have difficulty to host 2028 Olympics ( even though it hosts 2008 Olympics ) after the unfortunate recent weather disaster. Should DFW give a hand? Again, I pray for the fire disaster victims again!
A famous real estate consulting called Reventing Consulting state this - Almost everywhere Texas real estate drops and will drop more in 2025 except 2 places: 1.) Collin county ( He especially says this - Frisco real estate value in 2024 still increase 2.2% with the highest in Texas and he predicts that Frisco real estate will continue to increase in 2025. He did not state any other Collin county's cities with 2025 growth) 2.) Houses around privileged Rice university! ** That consulting company seldom predicts any state, cities in the USA the real estate price will go up!
Different as in the Fields West and around it? Anything within the community will be more valuable in my opinion. Outside of the area will appreciate too, but not as much…they will always have to compete with the Fields as well.
According to my experience, if you don't make money ( most likely make big money ) in fields communities, you will never make money of real estates in anywhere of USA! Many things in Fields development is very unique with difficulty of duplication in other communities and very very high-end! In the USA and the world, high-end communities property price is up up and up! Cheap communities become cheaper and even cheaper! Only one PGA American headquarter in the USA. How many Universal Studios in the world?
