There are so many videos claiming new construction in Mckinney and surrounding areas for under 400k but hearing that it's not even possible. 500k minimum for new construction with plenty of competition is what I'm hearing. Any truth to this? Would love a realistic expectations video on what is possible in collin county for new construction. So far all seem like click bait for homes that don't exist or not even close to the price claimed.
I doubt you will find new construction under $400K in McKinney. There are other areas that are further away that you can get new construction in the 300's though.
As far as I knew, you are not the only real estate agent move to this area! As far as I know, you are the 3rd one moving to this area within one year! Sept, 9, 2024 - recently, I knew 2 other real estate agents moved to Frisco closer to fields city-inside-a-city!
@@lifeindallasfortworth This is an USA and International level luxurious city-inside-city which is different from many high-end communities in Frisco and near-by cities! Buying houses in the fields is a "Now-or-Another 50 years" decision!
2 ( maybe 3 ) more real estate agents recently moved to Frisco! Another Asian agent who lived in HollyHock recently purchase another home near FC Dallas to be used as rental home!

I wouldn't be worried about the safety. It is a smaller park. They have not built anything like this before. And the routing of traffic goes straight onto tollway.
A popular website recently ranks Frisco as one of few best place to buy property the next 5 years. Even though, it uses those words to describe Frisco - Where Football (NFL+other college bowel Games ) meets Silicon Valley ( Probably, it means Frisco and immediate adjacent neighbors areas ). However, this is my opinion: It forgot those: 1.) USA golf Silicon Valley ( golfers’s heaven ). 2.) USA kids heaven - no. 1 USA Kids theme park/resort - Unless Disneyland have dedicated kids theme park + the USA only Kidzania (It will build next one in New York City) which is fun to kids+making money independently.
We’re in the neighborhoods surrounding the Star. We love our location, but this development got us thinking. Not to move, but purchase one of the smaller homes as an investment. Is it too late buy and see a sizable increase in equity? I feel we’re 6 months to a year late.
You have SUCH a great mindset. But, they don't allow investors. You would need to make the one youre in the investment and owner occupy The Fields home. That is what I am doing. My current has has a 2.9% interest rate!!! Never selling that one, lol. But I will rent it and move to The Fields and then cash out the equity in 3-5 years.

From yesterday's news, Frisco police finally identified the 2 persons from Monroe tx being the major 2 suspects killing/hurting Don/Lowe near northern Frisco Walmart last November at night! I and almost every body ( from website comments ) never believe that they can identify the suspects for this murder/injury!. So, you have to give Frisco police high credit - they made Frisco the USA most safe city not only being ranked by major USA medias, but the unbelivable fact!

Smart place to build, Frisco and the surrounding dfw suburbs are very nice and luxurious and overall pretty safe areas

But, Flower Mound is a beautiful place as well. I chose Frisco for beauty and future financial equity as it will rise faster than Flower Mound.

There are bigger lots but they are expensive. You can also build in the Preserve up to over an acrea. Just is a way more.
You can get a larger yard, but you will need bigger pockets!

That is a loaded question. Land is hard to come by in Frisco. I don’t believe there is a better financial choice right now than buying in The Fields.

Next California. 😣 Texas is getting too expensive. And taxes that they don’t ask for, a lot of it goes into home tax, and other expenses.
At least all of the commercial helped Frisco drop their tax rate to the lowest in all DFW:) We ar currently at 1.65%.
