    A popular website recently ranks Frisco as one of few best place to buy property the next 5 years.
    Even though, it uses those words to describe Frisco - Where Football (NFL+other college bowel
    Games ) meets Silicon Valley ( Probably, it means Frisco and immediate adjacent neighbors areas ). However, this is my opinion:
    It forgot those:
    1.) USA golf Silicon Valley ( golfers’s heaven ).
    2.) USA kids heaven - no. 1 USA Kids theme park/resort - Unless Disneyland have dedicated kids theme park + the USA only Kidzania (It will build next one in New York City) which is fun to kids+making money independently.

    Thank you. Enjoying your vids. There are so many videos claiming new construction in Mckinney and surrounding areas for under 400k but hearing that it's not even possible. 500k minimum for new construction with plenty of competition is what I'm hearing. Any truth to this? Would love a realistic expectations video on what is possible in collin county for new construction. So far all seem like click bait for homes that don't exist or not even close to the price claimed.

      I doubt you will find new construction under $400K in McKinney. There are other areas that are further away that you can get new construction in the 300's though.

    Smart place to build, Frisco and the surrounding dfw suburbs are very nice and luxurious and overall pretty safe areas

      yes, they are! But there are still houses in Frisco as low as 400's.

    I wanted to build in Fields my budget just couldn't do it so decided to build in Celina, Mosaic >.< oh boy did I make a mistake..

    As far as I knew, you are not the only real estate agent move to this area! As far as I know, you are the 3rd one moving to this area within one year!

      They are saying that we won't see equity like this for another 50 years...so it would make sense that realtors would move there;)

      @@lifeindallasfortworth This is an USA and International level luxurious city-inside-city which is different from many high-end communities in Frisco and near-by cities! Buying houses in the fields is a "Now-or-Another 50 years" decision!

      There are bigger lots but they are expensive. You can also build in the Preserve up to over an acrea. Just is a way more.

      You can get a larger yard, but you will need bigger pockets!

    From yesterday's news, Frisco police finally identified the 2 persons from Monroe tx being the major 2 suspects killing/hurting Don/Lowe near northern Frisco Walmart last November at night! I and almost every body ( from website comments ) never believe that they can identify the suspects for this murder/injury!. So, you have to give Frisco police high credit - they made Frisco the USA most safe city not only being ranked by major USA medias, but the unbelivable fact!

    We’re in the neighborhoods surrounding the Star. We love our location, but this development got us thinking. Not to move, but purchase one of the smaller homes as an investment. Is it too late buy and see a sizable increase in equity? I feel we’re 6 months to a year late.

      You have SUCH a great mindset. But, they don't allow investors. You would need to make the one youre in the investment and owner occupy The Fields home. That is what I am doing. My current has has a 2.9% interest rate!!! Never selling that one, lol. But I will rent it and move to The Fields and then cash out the equity in 3-5 years.

      And as far as timing....we are 8 months into a 10 BILLION dollar developement. You are still on the first cusp of it.

      That is a loaded question. Land is hard to come by in Frisco. I don’t believe there is a better financial choice right now than buying in The Fields.

    That decision is very very very smart. Those are some recent report about Frisco:
    1.) A New York popular firm just rank Frisco as the most expensive housing market in Texas!
    2.) From Fox most recent news, Frisco's middle class income ranks as no. 8 in the USA. Frisco is ahead of San Jose Ca and San Fransisco CA. Sunnyvale CA which includes super rich areas such as Las Altos hill , Cupertino and Saratoga (one of most rich 25 cities in the USA ) is no.1. It seems that Carlsbad CA, Santa Clara Ca, Bellevue WA and Fremont CA are closer to Frisco's middle class income.
    3.) From 2024 US News high school ranking ( Based on test score, not people's opinion ) just came out, Frisco Indepence high school is ranked ahead of LoveJoy high school which used to be no. 1 high school in northern Dallas suburb. 3-4 other Frisco ISD high schools are just one or few spots behind LovewJoy high school. All Frisco high schools are ranking very good, 5 or 6 are excellent!
    US News US high school ranking usually means how many of this high school graduates will go to USA most prejudice universities!
    Above is ranked before the super luxurious "city-inside-city" Fields development!
    I believe, you may regret the rest of your life if you did not buy this house in Frisco Fields at this time!
