I think that according to the European rules the max total weight for these trucks is 40/ 44 tons which means around 26/30 tons of payload.
It's not true for all European countries, but this setup looks like around 30 tons payload.

What's the purpose of dirt or sand at a gravel pit or plant, what's the benefit?

@@jakethesnake4971 Oh okay thanks for the response, I always wondered what did the two have to do with the other. Now I know. I figured that the dirt is used for road base material.
@@johnnymurff4137 not necessarily it's usually part of the mix for roadbase it's not scalped out or its a ratio some removed and some in the mix if it's separate it'll be used for another purpose other than roadbase that looks more like a sand plant than a hard rock quarry

Loading a lorry without touching lorry body it's a good management for not damaging of the truck

If that was me I would have the trucks closer to the stockpile, also the operator is crowding the bucket to early, should be able to fill that bucket to over flowing.
I agree with you about being closer, but there's no point in trying to get more in the bucket as even 2 crammed to the last grain buckets would not complete the load
It's always that "last bit" that puts the most strain on machinery.
These Volvo loaders might be built like a tank but *everything* breaks down sooner or later, being a little gentle with the machinery can have a huge impact on its lifespan.

Tiene razón, no es la mejor manera. Para la ubicación de los camiones, pero el operador de la cargadora es quien debe de limpiar mas la zona y ubicarse o otra posición para que ellos puedan acercarse mas y en posición adecuada
How many tonns fits in the volvo's bucket?
I would say about 12 tons or so, 3 buckets and the trailer is full...

Guess you're wrong. Vehicles of that size are of 40 tons maximum weight (here in Germany) so it will be close to 30 tons of payload.
+horrorskopf no your wrong the dump trailer can carry at maximum 39 tonnes, so the bucjet on the l180 can only hold 10 - 13 tonnes depending on how deep he goes into the pile.

How many tons are you putting in there? 21-24?
About 32 tons.. In Denmark we also use trailers with 4 axles it will take about 37-41 ton depending on the total weight. On 7 axles you can legaly weigh 56 ton total, in Denmark.
My truck for example weight is 18 ton on 7 axles, so i take 38 👍🏼
And yes i know your comment is 1 year old 😅
That bucket holds about 8 ton and he is only putting 3 buckets in so they are only taking 24 ton.
