You can connect an RTS-151 test station to that beam detector for remote testing. And that beam detector will continue to activate as long as the infrared beam is being blocked by the smoke.
@@RoxxofoxxoAre all of the security and security nac functions you mentioned programable through the panels keypad? Also to assign a nac to security, would you assign the security point to a software zone and add a nac to that zone so it only actives on a security event? Can I do this on the keypad as well? Thanks!
@@calebmorand4604 Yes everything is keypad programmable for security functions. To program a nac for security only you would make a security zone then map that zone to the nac you want to sound for security. For example if I want zone 3 to sound for security I would make my security alarm zone 3 and make the nac I want to sound for security zone 3

@@Roxxofoxxo awesome! One more thing. Did you lose your programming and have to reprogram the panel? Also replacing It doesn't delete the firmware? Thanks!
@@calebmorand4604 If your Nvram dies you do not loose your programming only if the panel is completely powered off. And the firwmare does not get deleted

It's an NFS-320
It's a nfs2-640. It was just in a 320 chasis and cabinet. It is a 640 though. It has 640 firmware.
