    These 35-50K condos are what I'm interested in. Looks like these older condos tend to be more spacious, which I want. Preferably 2 BR for the occasional visitor from home. These criticisms below of the condo are not criticisms of you. I'm sure most here appreciate what you're doing, and at over 4000 subscribers now, apparently others are enjoying your work. Appreciate you! Bought you 3 coffees. Enjoy!

    Someone mentioned the condos were claustrophobic and I agree. I would go crazy living in them. It also seems to be a lonely way of living although it’s a crowded city. At least to someone who is from the West (USA).

      You do realize 90% of the worlds population lives in places like this!!!!!!! You must not live in a major city in the USA. I live in a major city in Canada and it costs 1.4 million dollars for 900 square feet!!!!!!! You get used to anything!!!!!

    Yes mate, as you thought I agree that those prices are too high to find buyers I reckon. I quite like bang saray nice and quiet yet not too far from the craziness when you want it! 😊😇

    He Jason are there cheaper monthly/yearly condos with a gym you can show please I've found your vids very informative I'm looking to consolidate everything thing I have & come put & live but looking for cheaper monthly/yearly rent if you can find some that would be great keep up the good vids my friend.

    They keep making smaller rooms Claustrophobic to fit more rooms for more sales depends if u like to live in a jail 4 by 4 not me that is how they build most now.Another good clip Jason.

    First condo, is an older style for sure that needs to be renovated to you're own taste. Personally I'd turn the 1st bedroom into an oversized living room, I'd also extent the kitchen out from where the fridge is and also remove the bar style bench. The dining area becomes the current living room. So condo becomes a 1 bedroom that's spacious. Unfortunately, the asking price is too much for me too buy. I would rent it though. 2nd condo way too small. 3rd condo appears to be modern and affordable. Overall I prefer the First condo. Good content mate and as a suggestion at the end of the video the outro needs to be redone without the annoying wind. Stop the bike do the outro rather than as you did.

    I think that first 2 bedroom pricing was laughable. 263,000 for a 2 bedroom with 80's decorating and beach view is definitely wishful thinking. The 1 br is small. Tomorrow's pricing today.

    The first one is nice but expensive .Maybe for B30k between two people it would work . They keep making those new Condos smaller and smaller .I had a one bedroom in Park lane Jomtien at 36 sqm ,and i though that was tight ,but the one you showed was 31 sqm.

    3rd apartment is great :) but for me in the wrong location. Apartment 2 souneded like it would be real noisy from the hallway even with closed doors.

      Government rate is 5baht per unit and the lowest electricity rate, some buildings charge higher rates

    Thanks for sharing Jason, ok firstly, the first condo was very nice and spacious, I think overpriced for the maintenance at 150m2 X 35 baht, kitchen could've done with a better layout (fridge outside the kitchen facing the dining/ living area), the balcony on the small condo (I noticed you struggled to open the door without hitting one of the chairs on a small bistro set, plus no room to walk around the tiny table), the last one wasn't too bad, but again seems very boxed in, some of these new condos are very nicely laid out however, with decent on site facilities, but for me personally, I would rather buy/rent an older condo as they are bigger not to mention less expensive, enjoy your video's, regards from England 🍺🍺👍

    The Sea saran 2 Bed condo, Would suit me very well, amenities & price. speaking of price is that a month 2 month price or a 1-yr lease price ?

    as an outsider it seems there are hundreds of empty condos around pattaya that have been bought off plan that they cannot rent or sell i could be wrong ??.

      This is an old video and many properties in Bang Saray have been rented, demand has increased big time. Going back tomorrow to look at some that have just become available 👍

    No offence to you Jason but the owners are dreaming big time the condo is tastefully decorated and is lovely but the building is dated there is no lift it's bang saray not the middle Pattaya lovely video good luck to the owners but no thinks if they manage to pull the sale of it will better the the great train robbery of the 196O sorry if I've offended anyone but hey a opinion is like a arsehole everyones got one

      Agree and with 7.9 million baht you can buy land (if you got kids/wife yadda yadda) and build even larger villa for that kind of money and much more central areas.

    Going out on a limb here, but that first condo was never 150 sqm. Hard to argue with supposed facts, but I'd measure it before putting in an offer.

    Bang Saray is quiet at the moment , but it looks like the Thai government is going to push the button on the U-Tapao B290 billion upgrades soon, making Rayong & Bang Saray goldmines being only 30 odd minutes from the airport, watch the land skyrocket 😆😆

    Would it be possible to look at some condos in Pratumnak area, a lot on sale on the internet around 1.8-2m baht for 36sqm and would be good to see some in this price range which seem more obtainable by most people wanting a condo for holidays

      5 million is not expensive for a 2 bed 2 toilet shower condo in a quiet beach location near the beach with sea view and open to offers '' the prices have increased in correlation with the global economy

    The first one is way over priced, that is why you never buy and only rent, they will spend a lot of time looking for a fool to pay their price. The area looks nice and peaceful but will probably become boring and you will be seeking out places to go, then you find out how inconvenient the location is.
