He then gets up and screams because the chair is stuck to his ass. The whole sequence cuts to Zack melodramatically explaining the situation and how the chair stuck to his ass while a big "DEBUNKED" stamp hits the screen. Absolutely ridiculous and absurdly funny.
There was another where Zac and the boys were exploring the underground of a Western ghost town when Zac farts quite loudly and the EVP that detects gases picks up on it. The team concludes that while the gas detector works there were no sign of ghost activity in this underground cellar where they experienced "Explainable Flatulence"
I'll never forget when I was watching one on my own and bug flew across the camera, they spent like 5 minutes saying "woah an orb" only to admit it was a bug and get the DEBUNKED stamp. I have an open mind for paranormal stuff but that absolutely floored me with how pathetic it was.
I love the idea of Ghost Adventures just being a bunch of 40 year old men filming themselves rough talking old buildings. It makes it endlessly more funny to me.
My husband and I like to go to big foot festivals and listen to groups of older people talk about how they like to go to the woods together to hope for Bigfoot. We think it’s a cute that they use Bigfoot as an excuse to spend time together
My favourite thing is when Ghost/bigfoot/paranormal hunters say they're close & they know that the things they're ostensibly seeking are indeed in the area, they think they have evidence...then the next episode they've taken off & are halfway across the country to a wholly new site. Yup I always abandon the things I look for when I think I'm on the verge of finding them.

At the Stanley Hotel, they went on national television and said all the old mattresses were mattresses that people died on, and they had to keep them. Some youtube ghost hunters went and asked about them and the employee said they're just old mattresses from when they swap them out in the hotel, Zak just saw them and came up with a weird story

Every episode of ghost adventures house visits Zac would be on zoom when he would tell people what to do. It was insane. Also a lot of the houses was never cleaned from ghosts. Some even got worse after Zac tried scrubbing or cleansing the house.

I have been critiquing this show for years and i feel so validated seeing others calling out how silly some of the stuff they do is. My mom fell for everything hook, line, and sinker
I do think early on, just like every other ghost show, they cared about getting actual evidence. But, just like every other paranormal show, they need views in order to keep the show. Which is also why my favorite was always destination truth. Some episodes were borning during the exploration but that's what made it feel authentic. Also loved when they found a species of bear in South America that scientists believed weren't native to the land at all
As an avid watcher of this show because I think its hilarious, zach has to wear masks in certain buildings because the constant exposure to the dust and mold in these places ended up messing up his lungs.
He claimed in that Demon House movie he did that he was haunted so bad it made him need glasses, so I would totally believe he would claim he has ghost lung.
My girlfriend and I watched this episode the day it came out and the entire time I was just poking fun at all of it, especially when Billy wanted to drink, my guess is he wanted to drink to make Zak more bearable

There was a show about a group of Paranormal Investigators from the UK, in one episode they were exploring an old castle and were told and shown that a cat roams around it. So later in the episode the lead female of the group is upstairs exploring a room and hears footsteps approaching her and something touches her. She screams bloody murder, until the camera man following her shines his light at the ground and shows the cat walking between her legs and jump onto a piece of furniture in the room.

My home is a little over 100 years old. We've updated things in it and it still has what a friend who has stayed here called it's own "ghosts". These are voices that the house seems to have that are just the house. I actually am not saying ghosts don't exist but people have to accept that houses moan and groan, they talk.
Exactly. I think a lot of people don't realize that houses randomly make noises and that things like cold spots, doors randomly opening, etc., often have logical explanations. I think people also don't realize how often our brains think they "see something" because they're programmed to see faces and sometimes eyes just don't process visual input properly. I think that even if ghosts are real, the majority of "haunted activity" is likely still false.

I absolutely believe this because I’ve seen spirits influence a friend of mine and not only did their voice change but her face started to morph into someone else. It’s so scary to know that they can do that but they can, just like how sensitives feel what the spirit feels and like how people get super angry and don’t remember at all or the person that’s never had an angry bone in his body suddenly turns violent . There’s so many different ways ghosts can influence us.
I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you should see a doctor. You're describing pretty vivid hallucinations. People's faces cannot "morph" into a different face. It's just not possible, at least not without clever prosthetic work, by ANY stretch of the imagination. And if you're being truthful about the *behaviour* of your friends, then you should consider the more likely scenario of either untreated mental illness, or good old substance abuse.

As a person who has lived in several old, small midwestern towns that look like this, I can confirm that Dollar Generals just spawn in one day.

This show is incredible, I've never seen a group both over and under act at the same time.
There was a show about a group of Paranormal Investigators from the UK, in one episode they were exploring an old castle and were told and shown that a cat roams around it. So later in the episode the lead female of the group is upstairs exploring a room and hears footsteps approaching her and something touches her. She screams bloody murder, until the camera man following her shines his light at the ground and shows the cat walking between her legs and jump onto a piece of furniture in the room.
That’s sounds so funny lol. I say that my cats are ghosts in the sense that every spooky sound I hear is them most likely.

Yea, he didn't have it in the start of the shows but breathing in all the crap in the air at the places they have gone to has damaged his lungs enough for him to be super careful about it.
To be fair, it's probably a legitimate thing he used to not to then started to about 10 years ago. They have gone to quite a few old business with lead chemicals and asbestos even the show is our right silly. There probably has been some issues with the old buildings
My home is a little over 100 years old. We've updated things in it and it still has what a friend who has stayed here called it's own "ghosts". These are voices that the house seems to have that are just the house. I actually am not saying ghosts don't exist but people have to accept that houses moan and groan, they talk.
Exactly. I think a lot of people don't realize that houses randomly make noises and that things like cold spots, doors randomly opening, etc., often have logical explanations. I think people also don't realize how often our brains think they "see something" because they're programmed to see faces and sometimes eyes just don't process visual input properly. I think that even if ghosts are real, the majority of "haunted activity" is likely still false.
I always thought i heard people talking at night. Found out it was just the wind hitting the AC😂

I absolutely believe this because I’ve seen spirits influence a friend of mine and not only did their voice change but her face started to morph into someone else. It’s so scary to know that they can do that but they can, just like how sensitives feel what the spirit feels and like how people get super angry and don’t remember at all or the person that’s never had an angry bone in his body suddenly turns violent . There’s so many different ways ghosts can influence us.
I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you should see a doctor. You're describing pretty vivid hallucinations. People's faces cannot "morph" into a different face. It's just not possible, at least not without clever prosthetic work, by ANY stretch of the imagination. And if you're being truthful about the *behaviour* of your friends, then you should consider the more likely scenario of either untreated mental illness, or good old substance abuse.
