Eye movements should be done aside. Whether by adjusting the animation created by the audio file using the control rig, or create the face animation using the live link plugin using a Depth footage files
This only works on Metahuman. You can create your custom Metahuman using the mesh to Metahuman workflow. Or you should do it to a Metahuman and then retarget the animation to your fbx but I don't think it will be easy or a simple task or even possible depending on your rigging

You can use any audio file to animate the Metahuman but it is not a real-time
