i will help you,
first go to Search bar, then write :''manage optional features'' then click it, you will find in the top of the page ''Add a feature'' click it, you will see search bar in the middle of the page, search "'media pack"'
then you will find it, finally click install and done

I downloaded the media feature pack installed it when i go to optional feature I still dont see the media feature pack even though the installer says its installed I restarted my pc too still nothing, Also when i run the installer again it says it is installed but its not showing in optional features and in add a feature
