- Quad is a 2003 Kawasaki Prairie 360, bored .40 over, hmf exhaust, Shaved cylinder head for more compression, and fully ported & polished head, clutched on 28 in Zillas. any questions just ask. Turn up the volume, it sounds awesome!

Bought a 2007 Kaw 360 4x4 at a Surplus Auction for $300 !! Took 10 minutes to get it running and been riding it for 4 years. Bought some Mudzilla 28 inch tires from a buddy, And that's all that has been done to it, It's a Bad Azz little bike ! I also own a Can Am Outlander Max. And the Prairie out WORKS my Can Am !! I have a plow kit for both. And the little 360 has way more Torque than my Can Am !!. It's just a tough, Strong bike !! And will last forever !! Mine still has the ORIGINAL belt !! It was a Police bike used on Clearwater Beach in Florida before I bought it. Best mid priced bike you can buy !! BTW,I'm 285lbs !! And it rides great !! My wife rides it the most, And she loves it. It won't keep up with my Can Am in Speed, But it sure goes ALMOST anywhere I go with the Can Am !. We do alot of Trailing in National Forests all over the Country, Spent 19 days in Idaho last Christmas. And this little bike does a GREAT job in ALL terrains !! From Mud to Snow !! We're looking for another Great Deal on one now. We want one to use on our Homestead OFF-GRID in Idaho. I can't say enough good about these bikes !! If you get a chance to get one , DO IT ! You won't regret it !!. Low Low Low maintenance !! Enjoy !!

+Grizzach N straight axle and ruts are not good together. shortly after this video I made the necessary switch to Can am.
Ive got a 95 bayou I am doing a full build on...planning on 27 zillas due to their weight. Have a plan for a fully locking/selective front diff...we'll see if it'll all work.

what size tires are on that? being that you had a prairie and a xmr which comes with mudzillas, do you think 27 mudzillas would fit?

Did you have to do anything to your carb when you did the snorkel ? Or can you use stock carb
and do you run a stock clutch with bigger springs or did you get a whole different clutch?

I have a prairie 360it has a 3 inch lift an epi sport trail clutch kit a stage 1 dynojet kit a k&n free flo air filter and working on getting an actual performance pipe instead of a gutted out stock one
I think HMF pipe is your only option

Nah dude, I got a prairie 300 build, still not done. Right now it has a clutch kit(not gonna say what springs), 26in cutie sunf warrior tires, about to do a big bore kit too

What top end kit did you have? Or just had a shop bore it and bigger rings. Have you had any issues with front axles?
The piston & rings I got on eBay, bored .40 over. Had no issues with front axles ever but I busted up my front diff once and rebuilt it
ghostridah73 I have went through at least three. The boot gets ripped and then after a while of mudding or in the snow at full throttle and boom.

I think 170 if I remember, but that's with a shaved head and a lot of porting done.

why are you not using the diff lock is it broke
Did you ever have any problems with your clutch belt popping? Mine does it ALOT and just wondering how you solved yours. We just reset the computer but jw what your opinion would be?
by belt popping you mean like blowing the belt? I never blew the belt on mine after the clutch work I did, even with the big tires.
What did you do as for the clutch work? Mine pops and Flips that little switch in the clutch casing making the bike make loud popping noises and limiting the top speed to like 5 mph...
Ethan Norman I did EPI clutch springs, but mine was hitting that switch too and I gotta new belt and it stopped.
I'm on my second high-quality belt though...
im not really sure, may wanna try a clutch kit soon and see if that works

pvc pipe and brain power ......or find a kit online for $150 or more thats the same shit u can glue together yourself from lowes or homedepot .......dont forget unpluging every single electriacal connector and packin it full of dielectric grease ..............

why is the snorkel split in three?
Nicolai Trinh one for intake, one for belt intake and one for belt exhaust
Have you ever used your front diff lock? the bike might do a little better. I have an 03 and the diff lock does wonders
yes, when I had it I did use the diff lock when I remembered. but I sold the Kawi back in may 2013

id buy another Kawi before I ever bought a Yamaha. and that's a long shot because I love my Can-am now.
ghostridah73 yea a was talking about small bore.... sure the brute force is on my list... but im lost at Brute force vs outlander 650-800 i prefer the bruteforce for it look and weight and price but idk if the can am is worth the extra
If you don't want to pay 10,000 go for a Polaris sportsman 570. Or the all new can-am outlander L500

Same as mine, mine has a two inch lift and Mud Lites. Damn thing goes just about anywhere.
