Looks good boys. Just a quick culinary tip...heat your oil to 425° for 15mins, soak your wings in iced water for about 10 minutes prior to cooking, pat dry, immediately place wings into oil. You'll get a better crunch from the breading. Also a light squeeze of fresh lemon in your parm/garlic/butter mixture. And for an extra bang throw them on the griddle for a minute or two and just lightly carmelize the natural sugars. Brings out the heat too!! Bon appetit. Oh yea...love how you guys think 65° n sunny is great. Down south we've got on pants, hoodies and bonfires at 65°. Lol
Awesome guys. You said camping..... Opened the toy hauler rear ramp and rolled out the 36" blackstone. Neighbors in the half a million $$$ bus were like wtf and I think we were shunned for a while, UNTIL...... We started frying. Used four full size almn. pans. Two for the oil and two for lids. Even made a handle for the lid pan with a stainless screw and small piece of 2x4. In the end turned out great. Key was to get to temp and not to peak, turning one time. Second batch we had it down and funny how you make friends when you are doing cool s!?$ with food! Even finished with lightly chicken flavored funnel cakes Lol. Pro tip. Use clean oil for funnel cakes. Keep up the great work guys. Love the channel.
Awesome reply.. Toy haulers are no joke. Couple things about campers, regardless of income or toys, odds are your going to make more friends than enemies. Its a great community that griddling seems to fit right in. Good work, thanks again for commenting. For the record, I still force the family to tent for our real camping and cabin on a lake for our pretend camping lol. Its all good regardless. ty-J
I think the 22 Adventure Ready is a great griddle for this because of the H pattern burners underneath the griddle. Your 2 aluminum pans are getting a far more even heat from this than you 36" with 8" on center burners. I love the channel! I came for the food, but I stayed for the genuine display of friendship between you guys. It is refreshing to see.
This idea is genius! I've been using my deep fryer for my wings for a while now.. and it's such a pain in the ass to clean out after.. This way its nice/easy/clean way of doing wings! Pumped to try this while tailgating for the Browns this year! Thanks again for the awesome idea gentlemen~ Subbed!
I cooked wings on my 22" blackstone yesterday and they came out perfect. I had done it a couple of times before and come out great. No need to fry they cook good on the griddle about 30 min.
I’ve had the stainless steel Blackstone griddle for five years now and I haven’t used it for two this just convinced me to bust it out this weekend, subscribed and liked.... and a shout out to Jeff I drink Evan Williams and Coke zero myself :-)👍👍👍👍 Chris and Nate you guys are awesome, you should start making beer with that too🍻
I'm a chicken wing lover too, well anything chicken except breast my dogs get to eat that crap. I always wondered if you could use the aluminum throw aways on the griddle, now I know. Great video guys 👍👍
I tried doing wings on my 28” Blackstone a couple of months ago I’ll NEVER do that again! Took 1.5 hour, and came out NASTY! Swore I’d never try wings again...until now! I’m going to try this way. This looked promising! Great video! Keep’m coming, please! 🙏 Thanks from Oregon.
Clyde, people like you are the reason why we did this video! It worked great and we were pleasantly surprised. Let us know how it works out for you. Thanks! - C
Hey boys, Marc from Alberta Canada here. Love the videos. Gonna pick up my first 36 Blackstone this month with some gadgets ect. Couple questions for ya. First are microfiber cloths ok to clean the griddle or are cotton and paper towel the best. Not sure if microfiber would leave lint or not. Second would be I took your recommendation on not buying the soft cover so I bought the hard top. Is this pretty much weather proof? I also got the surround table for it and was wondering if you've seen or seen someone who fabbed up a soft cover for just the main griddle over the hard for more weather protection. And last would be how does the griddle work in winter months at minus 10 Celsius or so? Does it keep Temp? I know that's a lot of questions but if ya don't mind grabbing a drink and replying that would be awesome. Great job guys and I can't wait to have fun like you guys do. 🍻 Cheers!
Good question Sean. Due to the shape of the lid stuff tends to run down the inside and to the edges and doesn't appear to drop right back down. During our cook we didn't see or hear any condensation hitting the oil. Since you asked the question I assume you are familiar with what happens when water hits a vat of hot oil LOL. Yes, I did make that mistake in my younge day and all I have to say is HOLY SHIT!. Thanks for watching bud! Cook On!!! N
Great job guys! I mentioned before when Jeff is late you should have some type of penalty for him ON CAMERA lol ..Im a firefighter and we would have him pay huge lmao. Good luck guys be safe
Whats up Ghost! Nice to hear from you again! I am thinking I make him do my food shopping for the next 2 weeks.... ;-D Jeff? That sound fair to you ?!! N
If ya'll want "I need to feel the burn" type "dry rub", try FLATIRON PEPPER CO Dark & Smoky BBQ Rub. I think it would work very well for what you guys are doing.
You’re right. Didn’t think of that! I’ll try to find a dome to put over the oil pan. Maybe yes, maybe no. I’m gonna try! Those wings looked too good not to try! Thanks. (already ready for you guys to do another video!) 👍
Jeff definitely needs a late penalty everytime he's late. I like the new intro it's great! The wings looked fantastic my mouth was watering for the garlic parmesan wings.
Funny you should ask. We adopted both Chris and Jeff from a wild pack of wolves. Chris was adopted on time, When we adopted Jeff he was 2 days late. 😃 LOL, Typing that up actually made me laugh hahah..... Cook on Troy! Thanks for watching! -N

This worked so well this weekend!!! I’m so overjoyed with how they turned out. Everyone at the site was looking at us in shock. Lol Thanks team
I love hearing that. Ty for watching and letting us know👍👍👍

Ty B Dawg. Go Browns !!

Can't beat wings on the griddle DAve, Totally agree! Thanks for sharing! -N
I think you try frying with cast iron pans which maintains the temp of the oil better.
I’ve had the stainless steel Blackstone griddle for five years now and I haven’t used it for two this just convinced me to bust it out this weekend, subscribed and liked.... and a shout out to Jeff I drink Evan Williams and Coke zero myself :-)👍👍👍👍 Chris and Nate you guys are awesome, you should start making beer with that too🍻
Great comment John! Thanks for watching. Let us know how they come out! - C
I'm a chicken wing lover too, well anything chicken except breast my dogs get to eat that crap. I always wondered if you could use the aluminum throw aways on the griddle, now I know. Great video guys 👍👍
Morning 4 seasons! Couldn't agree more on the breast, very tough to keep them juicy and tender. Cook on bud! -N
Nice job guys. What do you do with left over oil? I usually just bake cause I hate the mess and waste. But that is really tempting. Looks awesome.
Thanks David. I have a fire pit that I use often! :)
you guys are like real life suburban family guy. looooove itttt
Giggity! LOL
How many inches is that 4? "Looks like 6 to me" from the backround had me laughing my ass off! LOL
A cast iron pan 👀💪💪
William Dupre a Cast iron Dutch oven with lid should do the trick !!!
Good vid but I think you would have better luck using a cast iron skillet for the oil.
Great point!
Awesome idea looks delicious
Thank you so much 😊-C
Please do a fajita type video!!! Learning alot from these videos and excited about using my new Blackstone tailgater!
George we did one a long time ago. Check it out! We definitely plan to do another one soon. Thanks!

Chris’s biggest accomplishment on tgg
I know I'm quite off topic but do anybody know a good website to watch new series online ?
@Paul Andrew i would suggest flixzone. You can find it on google :)
@Paul Andrew i use flixzone. Just google for it :)
@Paul Andrew i would suggest flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
Try coating the wings in the butter and garlic and roll them in the parmesan after. The cheese will stick better and melt into the wings.
Thanks for the tip!
Good looking wings. Nailed it!
Thank you! Cheers!
need to try somken joe , butter & garlic you can get it on amazon
Hi Marty! Thanks for subbing the channel! I will take a look at Smokin Joe, I am do for a re-up on dry rubs anyhow. Cook on bud! -N

Hi Clyde, keep in mind the lid on the griddle made a huge difference. Not sure if the 28 has a lid or not. -N
are you guys from MA?
All 3 of us are from MA!
The Griddle Guys nice!! Where? I’m from Bridgewater.
2 of us moved over the border in NH and one of us is in the Methuen area.
Looks great, I am going to have to give it a try, THANKS!
instead of lid cover with foil to cut down on mess
What type of oil did you use? I may try this on my 22.
Well, thanks to this video we’re now having wings for breakfast lol
I make the same garlic/parm sauce and I add a little honey to it to. ..Have to agree with Chris LOVE the wings
Good call on the honey! Will try that. Thanks for watching and commenting! - C

Maybe some type of diced chili to heat it up...
Looks great! Stay safe and keep ya' distance
Thanks, you too! - C
Wings look great!! Stay safe
They look like they came out pretty good. By the way, the new intro is pretty good!
I just realized I said “pretty good “ twice! So the new intro is awesome’
Dude has 5 cans of propane just in the shot 🤣
Just curious, what happens if you cover with lid and you get condensation under the lid?

Hey guys great to see another video and chicken wings great stuff. But I only have the 36" so no frying for me.
Pete's Redhot. Is that Franks brothers Redhot? I think he's from Texas
Jeff definitely needs a late penalty everytime he's late. I like the new intro it's great! The wings looked fantastic my mouth was watering for the garlic parmesan wings.
