If you live a very busy lifestyle . . it's recommended to go on solo trip at least once every 2 months for clarity of the mind. It can be short, like a full day . . or longer . . like a weekend getaway. Nicely done Rose!

The checkpoints would make me nervous. What if you did not know to have all these things that they want. It does not sound like a place for foreign visitors. What do you think?
That paperwork you mentioned for checkpoints and travelling around does that apply for foreigners and if so do you know is it difficult for foreigners to travel around I was planning to come November with my wife this is the first time I have heard about it could you explain further
