    great review and well spoken. One small comment to improve is slow down a little and show the complete novice exactly what buttons your pressing. well done.

    I have the FR235. Maybe you can answer? Whilst running and the heart rate zone window scrolls/shows, (green blue orange red or whatever,) there is a purple tag that floats above the face over these zone indices. Do you know what that floating purple tag is? what it means...? Thanks for the insightful review!

    In previous versions of the Forerunner, I was able, during interval training, to pause the watch and still see the heart rate. It was useful because I would not resume running until the heartbeat wen down to a certain figure. Now, with the 235, I do not seem to be able to display the current heartbeat rate while walking between runs and I am a bit lost. Is there a way to have this feature enabled with the 235? All I get now is elapsed time and other info that is not useful right there and right then.

    Hi there, i just got the watch today. I went on a run,
    The heart rate monitor wasn't that accurate.
    Do i have to set the watch higher up the wrist bone.
    Under the veins of the wrist. When i put it there during the run, the heart rate went up to the usual. 150-160 bpms .
    At the end when i was sprinting. It stayed at 150bpms.
    Any recommendations
    Other than that i really like the watch even though I'm 3 years late 😂

    6:03 how did you get the run/walk option, don't see it on mine.

      You have to be in the "run" screen when clicking on "activities settings" then it will,show pace and everything else.

      @@christopheait-elhadj1717 run is different than walk. I'm trying to find the "walk" mode as well. "Other" seems the only other option.

    I'm wanting to see my level of V02 on the clock 235 when I enter this option it shows me that I should run for 10 minutes, but I have run two hours and when I enter this section he tells me what I'm doing wrong anyone who can help me I will be very grateful. Thank you Brazil.

      It should do it automatically assuming it was picking up Heart Rate throughout the run? Mine just did it from the couple of short runs I did. Maybe you need to do a shorter / harder run instead of a long steady 2 hour run. Try a 15 minute fast as you can style effort and see if that works. Tris :-)

    How do you add color to your numbers And other?

      In the sport profiles you can change the colours of each sport. Go in to the same place that you can change your training views and you should find it there... I think :-)
