✔ For lemon and sugar in a jar, only 30g of Lemon syrup was added, excluding the weight of the lemon.
✔ You can use green tea powder instead of matcha powder.
✔ I didn't have enough piping bags, so I made a cone using paper foil.
I think it's better than I thought, except that the tape doesn't stick well to the paper foil.
If you also don't have a piping bag to fill with ganache, try using paper foil or parchment paper.

It's lemon preserves.
Fill a glass bottle sterilized with hot water with sugar and sliced lemon. Sugar and lemon have a one-to-one ratio.
You can eat it when all the sugar is dissolved.
The storage method is as follows.
Store at room temperature until the sugar is completely dissolved. Please refrigerate it after that.
