They need to make ps5 versions of all games with adaptive triggers so some games can actually function and not freezd when you play them and fix their errors again

You have astro bot game that you got and very first thing is addaptiv trigger where you need to pres R2 then L2 so that's when you will see if it works or not
There is no way to really enable adaptive triggers it depends on the developer if they want to add adaptive triggers some times they do it in the ps5 version of games for example rainbow six siege ps5 version works because the devs decided to add adaptive triggers but on the PS4 version while playing it on the ps5 doesn’t work because it’s different versions

I opened mine up and switched joysticks to scuf joysticks ended up destroying the cable for the microphone lol everything inside, the ps5 is shit the reason isn't the outside its more internal, like the wiring if you go remove it there known to snap when it comes to ps4 the internals dont snap, not sure what there using but feels like they cut corners on the internal parts, so if you ever think of buying one to switch the joysticks out dont bother get a standard ps4 there more easy to mod internally. Never have been a fan of concave joysticks and they feel really hard on the fingers, or else i wouldn't open them up, love the joysticks scuff controllers have they feel soft and relaxing and your aim is also a plus. Anyway great outside build controller feels great adaptive triggers are a plus, but dont try open them up and switch joysticks those wiring as soon as i touch it it snapped, that's one down side and i know for a fact other company's when they make custom ps5 controllers will hate dealing with them. If you think abut doing what i did don't even try haha, unless you can make it look like its a faulty controller lol.

When i was playing tiny tina's wonderlands i notice that the R2 button was stiffer during gameplay but not during pausing or menu is it because of the Adaptive trigger if so how would i turn it off.
at first i did not like this but now i kinda wish we had more control of the adaptive triggers in some games i get to have a still left trigger and in some i don't and I like when my left aim gets stiff before i shoot it feels more realistic not everyone will like that so i really wish they could let us decide how we like to play also i wish they added more stronger vibrations and haptics to the buttons as well aka the square triangle circle x buttons
I needed to turn this off on my controler i realised playing bannerlord 2 it would make my r2 and L2 sniff up and i thought my controller was broke i was like wtf 😂it effected my gameplay too i ended up thinking for a moment turned the app off and realised that the ps5 controller had some new features i didn't know about 😂 why did they add this feature it seems pointless it actually makes your game more difficult and it a competitive situation thats not good
The games might not be implementing the adaptive triggers yet. There are some games that are doing it but others that just haven't updated yet. Pretty sure fortnite is doing it so I don't know if you wanna test with that.

Yes but you have to enable it. In Spider-Man remastered because that’s the only version available on PS5 you can enable it through settings

My right trigger on my ps5 is very touchy it’s super sensitive to the touch but my left trigger is fine.
I've got that issue now, alot of other people have the same issue aswell. I hope there's a way to fix it or if sony can fix on it when releasing more.
