Yes please do this weekly if possible!! I started doing this end of September and it’s been a life saver. I love your recipes so this would be very much lovely!! Thank you so much for your hard work!
Its actually best to chill rice as soon as possible, so fridge at least. Leaving it out at room temp increases the odds you forget about it. The the main bacteria we should worry about with rice releases toxins that cant be neutralized by reheating. Theres no need to get super anxious about it, but just a little advice, if youll have it
Hi new subscribers here , could you plz do some winter heart meal preps and any advice if I don’t have carbs in my plate I don’t fill up ..or if I do fill up I very quickly am hungry again ..any reading the comments can give advice aswel plz ill appreciate it
For me i only reheat leftovers in pan or oven and its almost as good as fresh. Also some dishes just arent good as leftovers for example chicken/meat i cant just reheat it, i need to cut it up for a sandwich or something. Pasta i usually dont reheat either unless as a quick pasta al forno. Many dishes like stews of alllll cultures actually only get better with time so its a perfect thing to make in advance
I love this idea in theory. However, im not sure the items you chose to prep actually save you that much time vs the taste of freshly prepped (though i acknowledge that it works for you or at in a time crunch and prevents take out). Ex. The eggs take max 10 minutes. I could imagine you doing about half the amount shown to account for taste and eggs dont taste as good the older they get. I also think you mean unpeeled (not peeled). The rice max 15 minutes. I cant imagine eating frozen rice for months. I can imagine prepping it for the next day for leftovers for example. The taste of fresh rice is not comparable. Also considering a rice cooker is used, you do very little work and the "prep" aspect is not as accurate. Also tip: a real rice cooker makes fluffier rice than the instant pot (which often makes rice mushy and too moist). I would love to see this for meat marination, or even veggie prep because imo that is where prep time vs taste is more appropriate. Imo meal prep often works best for baked items requiring an oven or reheating, so this is a great way to consolidate work without compromising taste. Lastly it would help to know how many people are in your household to account for quantity. is this prep for you or others as well? Ex. How long do those eggs last and for how many people.

Problem is that the ingredients won’t stay crispy throughout the week :(
You sacrifice a little quality in exchange for the convenience.

You should have boiled the potatoes first before you cook them in the oven, as they will not taste as good the next days. I wish you did this as now.
Why?
What about the meats ? It’s a pity the cooking of those were not included 😢
Moribyan why is there a connection It took me 2yrs to write a post on yur video.
