They're Rosewood per the company. Cheap but nice- I have the exact same ones on my 92FS. Big bonus is that unlike all the wood grips that Beretta sells, these actually work with the extended/larger mag release.
Love these grips. I made some identical patterned ones from walnut but with an eagle wing for the right hand. Engraved the family name and they look "muy fantastico"
Really not sure what size they are. Quick search just shows a bunch for sale, I looked at a few, but they didn't list the actual size. The screws I have came with the grips. Sorry I couldn't help any more than that..
I did read a bit, and since this is an AirSoft type, you may need to do some fitting. Maybe the grips you got were for a gen2? I don't know alot about the airsoft stuff, so maybe someone else can comment to help you out? Thanks for watching.

I bought Tokyo Mario m9 style grips but can’t fit them In to my m9 model 1 from WE tech :(
