    When you said it was yout very first handgun you bought I smiled. Last Saturday I bought me my first handgun.. a Beretta 92fs 😁🤩
    Unfortunately I haven't had an opportunity to shoot it yet I'm soo excited! Actually I was looking to buy a CZ 57 however I couldn't find any at the gun show nor my gun shop I usually go to, then I saw this beauty...
    Immediately fell in love with it 🖤
    Same day I "already" learned how to take it apart and cleaned it.
    Have been dry shooting it "everyday" since Saturday lol.
    Long story short- I'm so excited to test it on the range!
    I'll write again once I tested it, till' then have a great one 👊

    The little jagged pieces are lock washers to keep the screws in place.

    DUDE I love the piranha grips on the sigs. Nice to see they've carried over to Beretta (since I don't have a sig). Thanks for the review!

    If you haven't already, do a Langdon tactical trigger kit upgrade on it, I did one on my Commercial M9 and it is waaay better than stock!

    weight is not the reason users is trying to keep away from its original grips (hippo size) what users is actually want is to get a slimmer grips i guess next time it's nice to compare the original thickness to your hogue grips. your pistol is awesome transformation with new grips!

    Do you think a Beretta M9 22lr would take the same size grips?

    Looks really good man. I'm in the market for a Beretta 92 and can't decided between a stainless with these grips or the black.

      Black is nice but I do have a 1911 in stainless. Stainless might be slightly heavier. User preference.

      +OutdoorEnthusiast88 I'm looking to get one last 9mm handgun since I own sigs and glocks but still no Beretta 92 which I've always wanted. I might have to get a stainless and a black one soon. Have you ever tried any of the extended mags for it yet? I see they have 30 rounders available.

      Stacking9mm I haven't had any experience in extended magazines beyond the 18 round Mec-Gar mags. I hear the Pro Mag ones are iffy but the Beretta branded 32 round mags work great especially in the CX Storm.

      I like my Inox Srainless, But Anyone who owns a 92fs should own one black and one inox model. Always have 2 or more of a good thing. Thats why i have my wife and my girlfriend:)

    I'm going to get a set of aluminum grips made by Hogue.

    What ammo do u use

  • @Skibrap

    How were the clips sliding out after you installed these grips? I bought hogue piranha grips for my beretta 92fs and when you install these grips the screws tend to be pressed up against the clips, which doesn't allow the clip to spring out when pressing the mag release.

    • @GearKnowHow
      @GearKnowHow  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      These actually worked great with the original grip screws and didn't interfere with the magazine well.

    • @MrPAULONEAL
      @MrPAULONEAL 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's because the grip screws are too long.

      Magazines, Not Clips Please.... Clips should be called Mags. Sorry, not trying to be a dick:)

    What's the difference between a american made 92 and a Italian?

    • @GearKnowHow
      @GearKnowHow  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There's really not a whole lot of difference I can tell besides the "Made in USA" that might influence your decision. The Italian made one's seem to be a bit more rare in the US. Now that the Army is going with the Sig P320, Beretta M9s might start flooding the market.

      The ones made in USA smell like hot dogs while the ones made in Italy smell like spaghetti....
      I'll see myself out.

      Why does the ammo jump from the table into the magazine then rack itself and fire?

    For DA/SA I prefer the 229, the beretta is WAYYY to fat to grip
