I LOVE Heartland, one of my favorites: soft, easy care, and lovely heathered colors. Made 2 men's cardigans as Christmas presents mixing it with Ferris Wheel for a 5 weight, they were a big hit! Also made a third for the more conservative son in Great Smokey Mountain, and he actually complimented on choosing such a nice color and how it felt. Have more sweaters for me on my project list. Love the purple, have it my stash.
I love heartland yarn. My favorite is sequoia. It's one of the most beautiful brown yarns around. I've made hats, scarfs, mittens and wraps. A cardigan is in my future plans.
I forgot to say that I can usually immediately spot heartland when seeing pics or tutorials. I’m familiar with pretty much all the colors but my favs are wolf trap and petrified forest 😍 mammoth cave is gorgeous as well!
Going to be honest. I would get more out a video that shows the yarn. Up close. Actually yarn swatches. Large sample knit and crocheted swatches to see it in action. Please 🙏 Not a fan of live videos where the yarn and it’s features aren’t really shown. I come to TH-cam to see new things and discover new things. The host is nice. And. This is just my opinion. And please restock those large thick and quick bulky skeins everywhere!
