Should All Games Have An Easy Mode?

Whenever a game that is known primarily for it's high difficulty is released, there will always be people demanding an easier setting be included so that they can play as well.
With more people demanding accessibility, or people just not having enough free time to dedicate to difficult games, should games have to change to accomodate these people?
